They made an error when installing my fence and installed the gate in the wrong location, because of this it doesn't follow the grade correctly and there's a big gap at the bottom. I've met with them and showed them this and they were supposed to replace the gate by last Christmas. This never happened. They didn't call they didn't show up. Arteaga Fence has always done great work for us. We have about 200 linear feet of cedar fence that started to get come down at certain places during the windy seasons around November or right after the winter months. They do a great job explaining to me my posts were too small and replaced them and made sure everything was secured properly and looked good afterward. Arteaga was the first one to get back to me; within a couple of hours after my initial contact. The young man who completed the estimate was very courteous and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to take exact measurements. The work crew was just as good. They let the fence posts sit in concrete for at least a day, which I preferred the extra insurance of a sturdy fence. They also answered questions I had and cleaned up. Our fence is beautiful! We recently moved to Kenosha and had a quote from another company that we were going to go with and just before we signed the quote, I looked them up on Yelp. That company did NOT have good reviews but Arteaga Fence sure did so I called Lucio. He was VERY prompt in his reply and came out the next night to do a quote. His quote was lower than the other company's and Lucio's quote was for a better wood AND included steel posts. The installation time frame was right when Lucio predicted which is absolutely amazing during a pandemic. Again, we're new to our neighborhood in Kenosha and don't know all the neighbors but several of them, that we've never met, have stopped us to let us know how great our fence looks and ask who did it. After we bought our house we wanted to fence in the yard right away to secure our dogs. Since it was the end of October we were worried about getting the fence in quickly before the ground froze. had arteaga fence install a wood fence with two gates last november main gate sagging and wood splitting where i bolts went in they came out to replace and made adjustment to both gates now gate is loose nothing replaced said they would fix and never showed up they are supposed to know about wood fence yet they screw a 1/2 inch i bolt in without drilling and expect wood not to crack what a joke now i have to have someone else come and redo there mess read more
