Arielle was a fantastic waitress! Food is so delicious and fresh. Highly recommend. They will get you in quickly. Ambiance is very Mediterranean. For people birthday celebrations they do music in the restaurant

We didn't expect to find amazing Greek food in Montreal, but we did! Tzatzi-qui satisfied my craving of authentic Greek food (since I've been craving the real stuff for 20 years!) as much as it can be satisfied without being back in Greece. Between all the delicious dips ... tzatziki, tirokafteri, skordalia (yes we tried them all), and the entrees we ordered, we had way too much food, but everything was delicious! The ambiance was great and service was hospitable and friendly. We did go at a slow time, so we didn't need a reservation and almost had the restaurant to ourselves, which admittedly is my favorite time to dine Definitely check this place out for lunch or dinner if you are in Montreal and craving Greek food! We visited this restaurant over the weekend! We were pleasantly greeted by the host to our seats! Our waitress was attentive and constantly checking in -- superb service. The atmosphere and decor was classic and cute ! We started with some drinks which I highly suggest you order (they also offer mocktails). The drinks were very well made and quite tasty (shoutout to Hermès and Marghathéna!) For the Chef's platter we tried the calamari (we found them a bit over done, but still tasty). You have a choice of three dips-- we had the kirokafteri, tzatziki and Kopanisti. This was served with warm pita and all three dips were very good! We ordered extra fried zucchini on the side and this was also tasty! The dish also came with a salad-- this was so fresh and tasty and it also came with grilled pita!! As for the Chef's platter-- we ordered all four skewers ( an extra 5$ for the filet mignon skewer). This is where the meal lost us a bit-- all the meat skewers, particularly the filet mignon were over done and dry! The shrimp skewers was good but we enjoyed the first part of the meal a bit better. Apart from that, the fries, rice and lemon sauce were all very good. Worth a try if you are in the old port and looking for greek food. Portions are GENEROUS-- you will not leave hungry!

On of the best greek restaurant in Montréal. the portions are generous and food délectable my Feta sto-fourno was simply incredible, its hot feta cheese fried then they put in oven with red onion, black olives, and tomatoes., its an apetizer but let me tell you that its better not to eat too much pita bread or you won't be hungry fir the main meal. I taste the kota pita wich is a giro plate with chicken or beef plus fries and salad. I suggest this restaurant greatly if you like greek cuisine.

Neat spot. Has a cool vibe and ambiance. It is lively, but not to the point you can't hear the your dinner mate talk. The service was on point. The restaurant was packed, but they managed to find us a seat. We were well served and everyone was very polite and attentive. We got the chef's platter. The presentation of the food was great. The dips and salad were awesome. The Tzatziki, Skordalia, and Kopanisti were great. The kopanisti was a little on the salty side, but the other two were phenomenal. The pita was warm and tasteful. The chicken and pork skewers had a lot of flavor too, along with the rice. We enjoy the zucchini chips and fries as well. You can complain about the portion size either. If you leave hungry, we'd be shocked! Definitely worth the stop!

Wonderful find while in Montreal for a hockey tournament! We wanted Greek, healthy, Mediterranean, and we found it. Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful, server was super sweet and attentive. Very cozy atmosphere. Will definitely come back next year when we visit again. Forgot to take a pic of my entry which was shrimp and chicken skewers! Perfect!

I just returned from a vacation in Greece, and I will say, this was a fabulous authentic Greek meal. The salads are uber fresh and prepped beautifully. The tzatziki sauce here is truly some of the best I've ever had. The gyro platter was amazing as well. The staff here is attentive and delightful. There is a nice outdoor dining area on the park as well as a nice casual interior area. All around a great experience.

A nice find. Casual but tasteful decor with a cosy cottage vibe, but unfortunately NO AC and no OCEAN in sight. I still enjoyed my meal with the pleasant service. I like how my mixed grill was presented, and more importantly the distinctive greek seasoning. I opted for salad over fries on this muggy day. I would love to go back but probably not on a scorching summer day. There is an outdoor street patio. Near but slightly outside the port area.

Great night out at Tzatzi qui. The staff were super friendly and even took a shot with us! We had such a blast here. The food was overall good. I highly recommend the skewers (chicken, pork, beef or shrimp). It comes with rice, salad and fries. Unfortunately my friend got the lamb chops and they were really bad. Overcooked and lacked flavor. She barely took two bites but the waiter didn't offer to take it off or make something different for her. Drinks were super good though! $10 for a Sangria during happy hour. Come try out this new Greek spot!

Wonderful greek place. Lovely staff, nice atmosphere and great food. We had the sharing platter which was more than enough and good value too. Love it!

Lunch at this old Montreal restaurant featured high quality small plates at a higher-end price point. The space offered a strong eastern ambiance with a modern Mediterranean decor and Near and Far East music. We got three dips to share with three people: fair amount of pita, very good dips. The octopus was good but wasn't satiating on its own. Kind service.

The pita authetique is my go-to -- has the best most delicious, light, and creamy tzatziki sauce and delicious meat. The Pitarifque poutine is very yummy as well. Comes with bacon, cheese, lettuce tomatoes, mayo, mustard, onion, insanely yummy spicy peppers, and 1/2 pound or so of fresh ground beef patties. They also have beer on tap -- IPA or lager -- small one is only $3.50! I pretty much eat here every week after or before the gym -- way better food and prices than patiti patata across the street IMO, although don't get me wrong, that place is also very good too.

Spacious dining area with a section that shows off the fresh fish of the day-a smaller outdoor seating area.-only one table occupied given almost closing time. First, we quickly realized, for 3 of us, we ordered too much food. Started with the Fried Eggplant (Aubergine) and Tarama Salata. Both were tasty. The Tarama was milder and not as salty-every restaurant/city has their own version of my favorite dip. Greek Salad was just like in Athens-so much Feta, Olives and no lettuce -delicious. Grilled Squid was sliced thinly and perfectly seasoned! Oh we also had to try the Mexican Jumbo Shrimp-jumbo they were and tasty. At this point, we should've stopped but we had to try an entree. We ordered the Mediterranean Sea Bream (for 2) which was just right for 3 of us given our endless appetizers. The table side carving and plating of the fish was a nice touch. Fresh Bream was delicious. Of course we had leftovers. Service was very attentive and engaged matching the level of this spot. Extra thanks to the team for accommodating us at the late hour. Members of the staff thanked us as we were leaving-how often does that happen?! Don't miss this neighborhood Gem that will transport you to Athens.

This is Greek elegance and sophisticated magnificence in the food preparation. First, the think that makes any establishment is service. Here, the service is impeccable but subtle. With just a glance the server , Juliano attended every need. So personable, so available, but never over-bearing. The Greek salad is the essence of pure, fresh tomato, cucumber, peppers, not too much olive, two chunks of feta, in a deliciously fresh olive oil and vinegar with subtle but effective seasoning. Most importantly, and this epitomizes the restaurant, all presented at the perfect room temperature and as if the vegetables and marinated perfectly. The Linguine aux fruits de mer is not too overbearing on a bed of fine pasta with a delicious, sauce that lingers on the pasta and is so flavorful. The seafood is ringed calamari, head calamari, sautéed, scallop, and huge shrimp. In New Orleans would be called prawns. My only complaint was a little light on shrimp and one more would be amazing. The cappuccino was so thick with milk froth it far outlasted the coffee. House made pistachio ice cream is perfectly not too sweet and rich and creamy perfection. This restaurant knows EXACTLY what they are doing! Somewhat limited in selection but everything done to the finest detail. You must ask for Juliano, he will take good care of you. No shade to older people, but we were with our 18 and 20 year old kids and the vibe was kinda vanilla. We were pretty hungry so decided to give it a go. Firstly, we are from Ontario and are not fluent in French. We will make the effort to do our best but usually the servers will just speak English, which we appreciate! Our server this day was just not the friendliest. She seemed annoyed with us from the get go. Whether it was our subpar attempt at speaking French or not, who knows. Definitely couldn't have been a reflection of our attitudes as we always go out of our way to be super respectful of people in the service industry as we have all worked in it in some capacity. The place was not very busy so it's not like she was slammed with orders. She took our order and then disappeared for 45 minutes lol. People were being served all around us but it seemed as though we had been forgotten. Our order was not complicated (2 Greek salads, and two chicken skewer plates). When our meal finally arrived, I was honestly shocked. The "village Greek salad" or however they called it was just tasteless. Huge pieces of pepper, huge pieces of tomato, some cucumber, minuscule feta and a few olives tossed in for good measure and the most pathetic gathering of lettuce underneath it all. Barely any oil, zero vinegar. It was just laughable. Server was nowhere to be seen so I couldn't ask for some extra oil and vinegar. Not once did she come by to see how we were doing or ask if we needed anything. Just couldn't be bothered, I guess. The chicken skewer platters were tasty enough but definitely nothing to write home about. We won't be returning on future visits to Montreal. The outside patio is cute but that was the only positive about our experience. Even trying to pay was a huge hassle as the server had seemingly disappeared and we waited for almost ten minutes until she showed her face. When she printed the bill, made an "are you stupid?" face as she was standing a bit further away from me and basically called me over like I was a dog. We still tipped her (15% instead of our usual of 22%) (my kids are extremely unhappy that I tipped at all) but we will never recommend this place to friends or family coming in from out of town. We visit Montreal quite a lot and frequent a lot of places but this is one that you can absolutely skip.
