We got ended up getting a new neighbor the day before our work was scheduled and Chris was super kind to postpone last min. These people are wonderful, plain and simple. We have a very tall, big palm that needed the dead fronds taken off. I have read that "pineappling" is very bad for palms trees, so I didn't want that. They weren't even going to consider it, which was the first good sign that they would be respectful of the tree. Chris and Bel come and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job, so I hired them. They are the ones who actually do the job as well! They showed up exactly when they said they would, and finished the job in record time, and I have to also mention, it wasn't a chain saw fest, they used handheld saws, and the was so little mess. I had to trim a bunch of trees/bushes for an upcoming fumigation, and my normal tree services ghosted me, so I needed some help in a quick turnaround and was hoping it wouldn't be much more expensive than my usual guy. Chris and Bel (husband and wife team) have been pruning our tall, mature orange tree for the past three years in January before the new buds come in. Our fruit output has increased 3x and much sweeter fruit now. Bel responds quickly to requests and they are flexible on timing. Highly recommended. I had a redwood that was well over a hundred feet tall with 4 trunks. An arborist told me it's failure was imminent. I got three bids and Tzuban was the most affordable and had a good vibe. Seeing the team work was a bit beyond belief -- seemed too dangerous to accomplish. They also cut down a nearby tree of heaven. All done very safely and quickly. My neighbors immediately hired them for a separate job. When the roots started coming back up a month later they came back and grinded the stump even further. Anyway, they deserve 10 stars. Got a great estimate about half of what other contractors wanted to Charge to remove two banana plants and to plant two king palms in their place.
