Them refunding me my money back. I have a 5 pound Shih Tzu mix Chi Chihuahua first time he's been to a groomer. He was there a little over an hour and a half. Maybe they only done three paws and they did wash him and dry. I understand he is a puppy. This is the first time he's been there. He was supposed to have a puppy cut. He did not have no kind of cut at all and they still charged me $55 and told me that I should maybe get in touch with my veterinarian and maybe give him something to calm him down the next time he gets groomed and that maybe I bring him back a couple more times and he could get used to it. I don't have the moneyevery time to have him washed. There were no puppy cuts and I was charged for a puppy cut and I think that's awful. Today, while bathing our dog, an employee reached in between me and my spouse and proceeded to put a leash on our dog that was, first off, too small and too short without asking us and then yanked our senior dog so she could shackle him. Our dog is too old to jump out of the tub. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I can see why this place hasn't won Best of Coweta since 2022. Don't take your animals here. I board and groom our dogs here, 50 lbs golden doodle and 5ish lbs cavapoo. They always get excited when we get there, to the point our big dog walks herself in with her leash pulling me in the door with her. Ive used them for years and never had any issues. I had a senior dog that would go to groom and board there that lived to 17 and they were always so good and gentle with her. read more

Negative stars if i could. This place is a hot mess! The owner is rude, the employees are rude, and chances are when you walk in the groomers are yelling at a dog! If you ask for a nail trim they don't even complete it if your dog even moves an inch! and don't even get me started on boarding. first of all, if you get your dog groomed there, they are kept in a cage ALL DAY!!! maybe go out to potty ONCE. boarding for days overnight, your dog maybe gets out of its kennel maybe one hour out of the whole entire day. They are in those small rooms for 23 hours a day!!! this is unacceptable. the employees don't even give them any attention at all. there is not even any overnight staff so your pups will be 100% unattended from 6pm-8am. if you want your dog to be severely depressed after boarding please go see them! literally never see the employees doing anything but cleaning, scrubbing the wall with a **** toothbrush!!!! We just happened to pass by this little gem and so glad we stopped! We did a self service dog wash, which includes everything for $14.95. What a great price. While we were there someone stopped by for a quick nail dremel and they took him without an appt. Such great service. We also found all these holistic amazing snacks for next to nothing. We have been using U Dirty Dog for 3 months and are we are VERY pleased with this business. We've always been treated nicely on the phone and in person. Unlike other groomers we've used in Newnan, they are easy to work with to get appointments and they have our dog out within 2 hours with excellent results. They do great work. The son that works there (TREY) does NOT care how he talks to customers on the phone and his Dad...(CARL the "owner") is even worse. HE condones that sort of behavior. They are one in the same. I Don't know about y'all but I REFUSE TO EVER GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT IS RUDE TO THEIR POLITE AND PAYING CUSTOMERS. Every time I have boarded my pets I've received inconsistent information from Trey and he likes to cut you off while you're speaking. I think he does this because his dad allows it and has not corrected his behavior. He is a grown man but acts like an entitled child. Now for the most recent incident with this establishment. I called 9/15 to make a reservation for my 3 puppies. I have boarded all 3 of them multiple times with them and they were all in the same RUN every single time. THIS particular time, Trey had me on hold for 5 minutes and once he returned to the phone, he asked if I wanted them in the same run and I said yes. He then tried to UP CHARGE me by offering the big family room and I declined because my puppies are small and that was not needed. TREY then proceeds to say that he can't board all 3 of them together. I was extremely confused and said that I've boarded all 3 of them together without having the family room MULTIPLE times in the past. I asked him why they couldn't be boarded together and he said "LIKE I SAID...I CAN'T BOARD 3 BIG DOGS TOGETHER." First of all...who was he talking to like that???? Second of all...WHY WAS HE ASSUMING MY DOGS WERE BIG??? he Just jumped to conclusion about my dog's sizes. And he also stated he can only board "yorkies" like that. (He tends to say unnecessary things because he doesn't listen). I told him my dogs were small and he still refused to listen and board them so I finally chose to say something to him after having SEVERAL misleading and rude interactions with him on the phone. I simply stated "TREY EVERY TIME I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU...YOU HAVE BEEN RUDE TO ME." Oh he didn't like that honey. He grew even more rude and said I was arguing with him because I called him out on his unfit phone etiquette. He then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and asked to speak to someone else and he was rude again and YES I CALLED HIM EVERYTHING BUT A CHILD because That's how HE WAS ACTING. The next morning his dad CARL called me and I was thinking he was going to rectify the situation. BOY WAS I WRONG. He was even worse. He was extremely confrontational and made excuses for his child's behavior. CARL also told me that they have to get permission from him to board 3 dogs together. That was a lie!!!!! I've spoken to other employees on the phone when boarding my dogs together and they never once said They had to get permission from Carl. Carl isn't even there half the time. So why even lie??? He was taking up for his son. I have the phone recordings by the way. Save yourself the time and headache and board somewhere else. I think the owner is RACIST AND DOESN'T LIKE WOMEN. I've heard Trey on the phone while I was at the location picking up my dogs and he was rude to a customer on the phone then. ALL OF THEIR GROOMERS WALKED OUT ON THEM BECAUSE OF TREY AND HIS DAD CARL. What does that tell you? If their own employees walk out on them...imagine how they were being treated. I personally know some of their previous groomers and they had nothing but horrible experiences and things to say about the management and more specifically TREY AND CARL. I tried not to let their opinions deter me from booking with them BUT I have to say...they were right! I will be protesting this facility soon once I gather my followers and I will get statements from previous employees and update my post later. This establishment needs to be exposed and shut down. This place seems to be way too focused on quantity not quality. They sure don't listen very closely to what you want. Management seems pretty aggressive to be right. I'm thinking there's others in the area that might be more friendly, remember your dogs name after signing in, knowing who you are, and remembering what you tell them you want done. read more

I am completely unsatisfied with my toy poodles haircut. His last groomer that left there was amazing. Today I asked for a different groomer who has done him before. So we called in to get a quote for our 2 dogs, But there was too much noise because of the gardener & my wife could not here that well to understand what she had said but she had said it would be $95.00 ea. So she made the Appt. Then when we went to pick them up they up charged us $100.00 for 1 dog & $120.00 for the other with out calling us ahead of to let us know that would be the case. We have always taken our dogs to the groomer and they have never had an issue with my one dog but the groomer said it took 2 of them to get her done. But here's the funny thing when we first walked in the gentleman behind the counter was not friendly by any means not even warm hello or greeting or a smile which I found out is the owners son!! Wow! I was so furious about this whole situation the owners son had to call his father Craig. Craig said we record all of our conversations on the phone and if the girl quoted $95.00 a dog I will reimburse you. The wife called back and said she had first quoted it starts at $95.00 but then came back to my wife and said it's $95.00. So she would not reimburse me the $30.00. Really this how you treat a first time customer to the area!!!!!!! I will never ever go back there. People just make sure you get the right quote before they start. The next day we had met a couple coming out of a store w 2 dogs and started talking with them in the conversation we brought up a good groomers in the area said we had gone here yesterday they said not a great place way to expensive and their dogs were not ready at the time promised as well. I was told over the phone that the dog wash and nail trim will be $35, when I went to check out they charge me 40. I wasn't going to quibble with them about five dollars but there's obviously some kind of lack of communication going on. They also forgot to trim my dogs nails which was part of the package . They just kept saying " well they get busy and distracted." And this is my problem how ??? I'll tell you how . I had to drive ALL they way back to get the dogs nails trimmed . Here's the thing: It started out well with this company. We got our puppy groomed there and it was all well and dandy for our first visit. But here's some of the problems and a bad business warning: They take a really, really, really long time. That's okay since my dog looked good, but we waited nearly all day. If we had been warned that it would take that long, it would have been okay. Not knowing was frustrating. I can get over that-- no big deal! Trying to go back for a second visit was nearly double the price, and our pup hasn't grown that much. Another place quoted us for $30, and U Dirty Dog quoted us for $60. Same dog, same exact service. I wasn't 100% sure I could make it to the appointment I was trying to schedule, and the owner, Carl, literally said "I won't make the appointment then because we're booked solid." Exact words. I am all about being direct, but it was said in a way that was extremely off-putting from a customer service standpoint. I understand that I wasn't totally sure we could make it, but I am a grown woman and am capable of canceling an appointment if need be, and I don't think I would have needed to anyway. But I'd rather have an appointment and not need it than the other way around. His comment showed that he was more interested in making money than keeping a customer. Therefore, he lost a customer and anyone else I would have referred. *UPDATE- He updated their Facebook status shortly after I left a review on his page regarding this complaint. Here's what it said: "We do not schedule tentative grooming appts! If you CAN NOT commit to an appt time then PLEASE give the opportunity to another person." I used Lucia and she did a good job on my fur baby he did not seem upset or stressed. The place is clean and orderly. I had asked that his tail Not be trimmed and his head be left full but she cut both his head and tail. He is a mix breed and I wanted him cut with a little style from each of his breeds. I re-discussed for his NEXT visit, do not cut his head or tail. Hopefully next time it will be right. He does look good though read more

Nothing but great things to say about this place. We took our dogs there after Petsmart abused them (by choking them,btw) and have been very pleased. My little dog used to shake so much when we were at Petsmart. Especially when she had her mouth touched. Turns out it was just one lady that was rough. But that was still no excuse for the staff to ignore it. But U Dirty Dog put an end to all that. Our little girl is actually quite happy to go. She gets a great cut and doesn't shake anymore. As friendly as the staff is, there is something terribly wrong with the boarding during grooming. Took our dog there 3 times and she came down with the worst flea infestation. When I asked owner about it he recommended I wash dog with Dawn Blue (Dish Soap), REALLY?? Wife did a series of washes with bonified flea shampoo, threw away dogs sleeping bed, pillow and blankets. Shampooed carpet area (it's a total inside dog) and started taking dog to Pet Smart. Today, no flea issues, dog doesn't even scratch herself. Just Beware! read more

I have used the mobile grooming for 5 years. Until now only had problem of them running late sometimes. Today (08/23/16) they didn't show up @ 8:00. Called to see what was going on. Told to call Katina ( Mobil groomer) took an hour for her to call me back. She stated she had me down for next Tuesday but was going to call me this weekend and move appointment to either a Monday or Thursday she changed her days!! Really you just change your days on people. I've used them on Tuesdays for past 5 years. I can't just change my days off. Her response was only sorry. Sorry for you . Our dog had been groomed at U Dirty Dog for 8 years until this week. She was taken in for a regular grooming and I was called a couple of hours later to let me know there had been an "accident". I was told that she had a "small nick" from the clippers, and that they were taking her to the vet to see if they needed to do anything. When we got there to pick her up, she had a 2 inch long cut on her neck, 5 staples, 10 days worth of antibiotics, and pain medicinces. When I called back to talk to Carl, the owner, he was rude and defensive, telling me that I should be glad he paid the vet bills. When I tried to let him know how inappropriate his "customer service" methods were, he again turned the blame to me instead of just owning up to their negligence. The biggest problem of the entire experience...no one ever even came close to saying the words, "I'm sorry." We won't ever be back, and I don't recommend them to anyone else. read more

I have taken my Yorkie- mix to this groomer for about a year now, and have always been happy with the amount of care they take with her. She's very sweet but hates being bathed/ brushed/ groomed more than anything. The staff is always prompt to let me know when she's ready to be picked up and always so sweet when I go. The price is pretty average and not over whelming to where I couldn't do it 4+ times a year, which is about how much my little one needs to be groomed! I haven't looked into another groomer since finding this place, and I don't see the need too for a long time! Keep up the great service and care! read more

I have been to this location 3 times now. The first time they charged me $35 each for bath & nail trim for my 2 big dogs. A haircut, bath & nail trim for my mini dog was $60. Reasonable. The second time they charged me $10 extra for each dog. My third experience THEY CHARGED ME $70 for my GS. Only gave her a bath. No nails or anything extra! They wouldn't explain the price reasoning to me. They DESTROYED my dogs brand new leash also. I've watched one lady with pink hair blow dry a small dog while I was waiting and they just chased the dog around the stand instead of comforting them and holding them.
