I signed a purchase agreement for this amount that was itemized and showed a doc fee in the amount of $0. Not only did it take them a week to get an approval, when they sent over the paperwork it had a $495 doc fee, making the total $19,495. I asked them to remove the fee and honor the agreement that was made, and they refused. They stated that if I paid cash there would not be a doc fee, but because I was financing there would be a doc fee. This is illegal and cannot be done this way. I sent an email explaining my side, and asked that the original deal that is signed be honored, but have been ignored. Very shady group of guys, BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was driving on I-40 when a Bruckner's vehicle nearly collided with mine as they rushed to merge ahead of me. Extremely dangerous driver, obviously no discipline at all and no care about driving a company vehicle. The license plate was BZB-5786. This occurred at roughly 912am on the 14th of April 2021. I highly doubt this business even cares about their reckless employees, given that this business isn't even claimed. I suggest simply going elsewhere if you want quality work done on your vehicle, lest you end up like the other guy.
