By law you have to discuss with the owner of the vehicle (ME) before you order any parts. They charged 9 hours of labor and had the unmitigated audacity to say, they could've charged for more labor. Also, their UNDER EXPERIENCED mechanic did a force regen and the actual def was leaking due to HIS NEGLIGENCE of not tightening up a bolt. Save yourself the irritation and go to the dealership. please avoid this place!!! needed a transmission to be replaced under warranty. they got the…read moretransmission pretty quick. they said nothing wrong with the clutch, but they will recommed to replaced due to the truck having high mileage. we said go ahead and send an estimate and we will think about it. no estimate was sent. after 10 days we received a message that the truck is ready to be picked up. plus an invoice for almoist 6000$ for clutch and other ,, coolant and exhaust leaks". wtf? no estimate, no approval at all!!! after some discussions they agreex thats their fault and they will install old clutch. the manager mailed me to be ready to take to have a tow truck ready to pick up the truck!!!! threateaning me!!! my driver went to pick up the truck, gets a warning for transmission fault!!! i was guessing that they did not calibrate the clutch, but most likely they installed it on purpose the wrong way just to prove us that they can do wathever they want!! i remind everyone that nothing was wrong with the clutch, that can be confirmed with eaton-fuller that handled the tcs case on the transmission, shame on you rush and on your so-called manager landon reed that have no clue how to manage a case and talk with the customers!! you will have to deal with the bad reviews, answers to office of consumer protection and office of attorney general, bbb bureau!!! i am getting an independent investigation through eaton-fuller!!! landon reed rush insurance will pay for the clutch and transmission trust me!!!
