I am sad that I must leave a one star review to fairly assess the storage facility. Uhaul booked both my truck and storage facility. Through the reservation process and rentals all Uhaul employees were kind and helpful so this is not a reflection on them. This particular facility was very unusual. Everyone should know. As pictured, the units are stacked double decker. To access the top deck, one must climb a metal portable staircase. This did not work for me. The facility was not at all what i expected. I remember seeing something like this in the 70s and it was for storing pallets of merchandise via power truck lift. Furniture storage would not be practical on the second floor. I had a 200 lb wooden desk to store and after seeing the storage space was situated diagonally, I realized there was no way my boxes and furniture would fit. We looked at their largest unit just to check. Not only could I not imagine my 10*10 lightly packed truck to fit in there, I can't imagine putting my items in this facility at all. It was dirty old creepy stinky and had people very clearly living out of the units. I witnessed two people moving very dirty lawn chairs and food from the facility. They had been living outdoors and storing belongings here. Clean units are not prioritied. I saw strong evidence of rats. The odors were bizarre and overwhelming. read more

Find a different uhaul location that maintains their equipment. Arrived to pick up my trailer rental. The turn signals did not work. The employees response to that was "if your okay with it than I'm okay". I took the trailer because I needed it for a move and there wasn't any others available. I guess I should have declined. When we went to load it the door on the back would not open or close very easily. It took two people to even get it to move. Then when I returned it I was told that the brake fluid container was leaking and it should have never left the lot. I guess I should have done a detail walk through before I left. I just assumed that Uhaul would maintain their equipment. It gets two stars only for the positive checkout experience at the front desk.. read more

Manager was very combative when I was there to drop off my trailer. When I showed up he said there was no space to deliver the trailer there do notice that the address there was given to me from U-Haul for drop off. He mentioned that it wasn't his problem if I to go to another address (huge inconvenience) and if I did listen to U-Haul on dropping it off there that he would charge me a 200$ wrong address delivery. There was no acknowledgment of me and my daughter who was waiting for 10 mins. from this heavy set girl behind the counter.as soon as another Hispanic couple comes in, the heavy set girl proceeds to ask the couple do they need any help? This place is literally run but by a bunch of morons. Made an appointment to pick up a truck at 7:00 a.m. because I had to be somewhere at 8:00 a.m. got there and the app would not allow me or give me instructions to grab the keys. After being placed on hold for almost 45 minutes I was able to get an agent on the phone, who was helpful but then I had trouble opening the lock to the key. Another 15 minutes went by and I was able to get the key. Went to the truck which was placed to the front and ready to be driven off just to find out that the idiots there placed the wrong key in the lock box to another truck which, I would have taken however it was sandwiched in between two trucks. read more

All our questions were answered and we were provided with an verbal estimate. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4/5 is because I needed a printed estimate for my job (they will be picking up some of the tab) and they weren't able to provide me one because of the printer. I had an appointment for a hitch install today. Upon walking to check in I was greeted with attitude by the agent up front as if I was inconveniencing him after I had rearranged my entire schedule and left work to drive 20 mins to them. After having fully paid for the installation and product, I was told they "may or may not" be able to install my hitch because they were short staffed for the day. The manager then proceeded to "help" me and tell me the hitch installer had family problems the day prior and told them he wouldn't be able to come in. So with over 24 hours notice of them knowing their employee wouldn't make it, it didn't occur to them to let their scheduled clients know of the situation. Not one apology for the inconvenience or anything. Greeted with attitude and excuses. UHaul must be so proud of the workers they have greeting their paying customers. read more

I came in to pick up a u-haul vehicle along with a trailer. Unfortunately they had given away my trailer and I had to drive to another location to pick one up. I was told only a larger one was available but that I would receive it at no additional cost. Once I arrived at the new location , I was immediately told that I had to pay the full price of the larger trailer. It was only after I argued with that individual that he agreed to the price. The first thing is NO MASKS ON EMPLOYEES, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AND NO GLOVES. If you have any kind of service from U haul you must realize that there is no cleaning or disinfectant was used to protect you from the Corona Virus. I brought my car in to put on a simple hitch and it took them two hours. Driving home I noticed an exhaust leak and a large clanking noise. They told me to come back in two days for them to look at it. When I took it back they said the exhaust needed to be readjusted due to the installation and they also a Ratchet was left on the car. Me and my brother went here this morning to rent a truck. Little did I know that you need a reservation in order to do so. This is the first time I've ever had to rent a truck to move. Usually, I hire movers but I had very few large items that needed to be moved this time around. The employee checked to see what they had available, which was a 17' truck. It was bigger than what I needed but I'm glad they were able to accommodate me on my moving day. My only criticism is that they simply do not have enough people working the front desk. Poor Nehemiah was all by himself with a long line of customers waiting to be helped. He handled it though! He managed to answer phones and help me and another customer simultaneously.
