Needed to refill my BBQ 25lb propane tank for the weekend, and found Pacific coast propane. It was about a 15 min drive from Chino, and oh man! The place is huge and you can tell they specialize in Propane. It cost about $15 to fill a 25lb tank and the staff was friendly. I found my spot for tank refills. Will continue to recommend and visit Pacific coast propane! 5 stars. Affordable and friendly staff and very fast too! Was out of there within 10 minutes. Their prices are VERY REASONABLE in comparison to Campgrounds, U-Haul, and Track stops, There service attendants are friendly, safe, helpful and knowledgeable. Just located over the railroad tracks on Main Street you can enter through the main entrance fill up, pay at quickly and exit through the rear automatic gates. Love 'em! Downside: They are only open Monday through Friday, 8am- 4pm. So plan ahead. We've been doing business with them for 2 years and couldn't be happier! read more

Compelled to write a review as recently my neighborhood was told with no notice that our electrical and natural gas would be shutting off. Pacific Coast Propane came the very next day to install and hook everything up so I didn't have a gap in energy. Also want to spotlight Eddie, he was able to identify a leak/issue with my generator. They tested our tanks said we had an under ground leak. We moved the tanks up to our house until we could do a major repair (we live on 5 acres). They still wouldn't fill our tanks since it wasn't to there codes. Called out a leak detection company tested our lines, there is no leak. Luckily we did not start breaking up all the concrete. I must also add they are beyond rude. Saying our temporary fix was a DIY and my husband doesn't know what he is doing. My husband is a certified mechanic who runs gas lines, electrical and repairs equipment daily for the past 40 years. They made several rude unnecessary comments just adding to my stress of a leak we never even had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible experience!! read more

Initially went to Home Depot and they were out considering it was a day before Thanksgiving. Happened to Yelp and this pops up, so called them up and a real friendly lady answered the phone and answered my questions. Service was quick, friendly and awesome! Had my 7 year old daughter in the car, but the gentleman went down to business; I pulled up, got my tank out and the nice gentleman refilled it and and I was in and out in 10 minutes....no waiting around forever like Home Depot. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Pacific Cast Propane during an emergency service call, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Our large family ( 12 in residence) was out of propane due to a lack of thorough communication on behalf of the company we had been using for the past 13 years ( Amerigas ). When we realized the propane was completely dry we attempted to call them. They were incredibly hard to reach and when we finally did they were using an outsourced communication service from the Philippines. After explaining the situation they informed us we were going to be charged over $1200 for emergency refill service and gave us an arrival time within a 36 hour window. That was unacceptable so I began to search out a new company when I found Pacific Coast Propane. From the moment I made the call, Lidia answered ( no long waits on hold or misunderstanding due to language barriers) and her communication and professionalism displayed was exemplary. I explained the desperate situation, including the fact that I was 100 miles away at work and my family was home with no heat, ability to use the stove, dryer, bathe or shower as all were on propane. They immediately went into action and sent out a team. When the technicians Cody and Jake arrived at my home, they were not only punctual but also incredibly courteous and respectful. They took the time to let my wife know the process they were about to perform and to address any concerns and thoroughly assess the issue at hand before proceeding with changing out the old tank ( which by the way was haggard and never changed by Amerigas in all the years have lived in our home even though we had called them about it many times) and replacing with a new one, a process that took about 45 minutes. On top of that, there was ZERO service charge, just a rental agreement and a regular service contract for our monthly use of propane!! I was truly impressed by the technician's expertise and attention to detail and kindness. They demonstrated a deep understanding of their craft and worked efficiently to resolve the problem, all while keeping me informed every step of the way. It was evident that they took great pride in their work and were committed to ensuring my complete satisfaction. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and professionalism maintained throughout the service call. The technician took care to protect my home and belongings, and they left the area spotless once the job was completed. Overall, my experience with Pacific Coast Propane was nothing short of excellent. Their commitment to customer service and quality workmanship is truly commendable, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need. We needed to swap out our undersized and rented 250 Gal tank with it's attendant locked in provider and their seasonal pricing for a 1000 gal tank we could fill less often at a more opportune time of the year and shop around for competitive propane pricing. Nick was responsive, communicated promptly, and flexible in scheduling the delivery, set up, and fill of the 1000 gal tank we purchased from PCP. They went above and beyond in spending the extra time to recover propane from the old tank, make sure all the appliances were working, going out of their usual service area, respecting our COVID precautions, and even filling our empty 5 gal bottles.
