I like Home Depot. Especially this location mainly because it's so close to where I live. It's also cool that they allow dogs. The only thing is that I went there for artificial grass and there was no price on there. I went up front with an image of the artificial grass and was able to get a price check. It was $38 but the quality of the grass is not the greatest. I like that they sell flowers and it pretty much has everything you need for home use. 5/21/26 Silly but valid question, do I have to buy 5 bags to get this deal? 5 for $10 soil for in ground planting. Not a bad deal at all! I returned the pruner that Hubby bought using his card coz I found ours already. This is where it got totally messed up. I provided my Ca. ID. when requested my the Returns staff, Yudith. It already felt like this was going to be a painful transaction in the end- no thanks to the RETURNS staff who entered my Last name as my first-- . What the flying @u€k?! My bad, I didn't notice it then. The garden center & the way the inventory is laid out at this location is not the best organization as I was going back & forth looking for things. Staff are helpful, except for the Returns (Yudith) person that totally messed up the experience coz it screwed up my checkout . Anthony helped me out & he was patient with me coz I was getting exasperated during checkout--it wouldn't accept my ID when I scanned it (coz Yudith entered it incorrectly). We frequent this location for their once per month kid's workshop where they give out packs that have the month's project in it. The ladies that coordinate the whole event are so nice and very helpful! It's so sweet that they do these types of things for kids. My 6 yr old always enjoys his time building different projects. It helps with fine motor skills and let's him be creative with paints. I also bought a refrigerator from this location last year and the man who helped me was so very helpful also. I just rented a Box Truck from this location. The gas gauge was not working properly. As soon I drove it a mile the gauge shot down from 1/2 a tank to 3/8. While driving I noticed that the gauge would bounce back and forth a bit. When I was returning the truck, I filled the tank to just over 1/2 at a gas station less then 2 blocks away. The same thing happened again. When I returned the vehicle, I informed the rental department associate of the issue. He proceeded to tell me that it was not possible because the vehicle was "just serviced." Basically calling me a liar. I was not trying to get a discount or anything, I just wanted to let them know about the issue so they can get it checked out. A faulty gas gauge on a rental is a scam (Especially when they charge $10 a gallon for every 1/16th bellow the pickup mark, at drop-off) I did not appreciate his tone of voice and was extremely offended) I will never rent this location again and would urge everyone to think twice from renting them as well. read more

I visited your Home Depot today to search for some lighting for my home. I approached an associate for assistance, and he told me he would find someone to help. I waited and waited. Eventually, I decided to look for someone myself and saw that all the other associates were just standing around, engrossed in their phones. I returned to the lighting department, where I noticed another gentleman also waiting for assistance. He appeared quite frustrated with the long wait. So I am in need of a few items that would all be found at the Home Depot so my best friend and I know our time is limited while I'm visiting California so why not hang out at a large DIY place. We basically started at one end of the store and basically checked out what ever tickled our fancy, other than what was on our list. Well first the selection of spider sprays was surprisingly large. What did surprise us was there was scorpion sprays. I didn't know this was an issue in this area. We definitely loved the the bath and kitchen area for redecorating ideas. I already made my wish list. We eventually made it to paints for what I wanted for my walls. After a good hour and half we eventually found everything and then some of our shopping list. So as we always have my bff and I had the best time exploring the Home Depot, laughing about everything from garbage disposals to succulent plants and Halloween decorations. I checked in yesterday to purchase some wooden replacement flutes for my Roommate to help him put his Bed together and experienced such great Service from the Team Members here! Lisa was my first point of Contact and she put Me in such a happy and joyful mood with her strong and focused eye contact and cheerfully welcoming Smile. I showed Lisa what I was looking for and even though Lisa wasn't sure where it was located or whether or not Home Depot carried the replicas, she thoroughly checked her device to see what she could find and didn't stop coming up with creatively new and fresh ideas until she was able to drag me to the finish line :0) Lisa ended up calling Emiley over who knew exactly where the flutes were! Emily directed me to the correct Aisle with clear and helpful directions and I was able to find something close to the flutes I was looking for. Two more Male Team Members helped Me and reassured Me that the Diameter of the Flutes was the most important to match, and that even though what Home Depot offered was shorter it should still work and if not I could always hold onto the Receipt and return them if they didn't. Checking out was easy and fast too! After half an hour waiting, I was told that the system is down and there is nothing the store representative can do about it. Horrible services. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT!!!I went in tonight, and as always I like to look and see if the clearance isles have anything good. Well I found lights for my stairs that do not use batteries. The ones I saw were perfect. I go to pay and I tell the cashier that they were in the clearance but no price. This other employee comes at me with an attitude and tells me "well no they are not on clearance. Sometimes customers say they get them there but aren't. You were just looking in the wrong section." What does she think I am... Stupid. I know how to read. So I ask to talk to a manager. I explain to him that there is a huge box in clearance but not coming up as clearance. Well, he goes on and gives me this long speech about how they were overstock or under stock or shelving them. Obviously in language I don't get because I don't work there. So, as I walk over with the manager , the rude employer is back there removing the box from the space. This has happened before and since it has been their employees mistakes, for not putting the items in the correct places, I have been given a markdown price on it. BUT NO NOT THIS HOME DEPOT! I live minutes from this one but I'd rather drive 12 minutes and not give my business to this particular store. It wasn't even about the markdown so much but rather also that they were taking to me like I was a dumb ass! For your information, Hone Depot! I am well educated.
