Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

So, I finally get my receipt showing they never checked it back in, charging me another days rental. Sure enough the employee let a friend use it and the employee figured out that it was going to be found out what he had done. I also booked the truck online for mobile pickup in hopes of having a smoother process but that was not the case. There's no point to mobile pickup when I still had to go inside to talk to the employees four times. They had my truck parked in the wrong spot - it was in the back instead of the front. And then it was also blocked by another truck. And then the license plate number didn't match the mobile inspection. It took much longer for me to pick up this truck then it should have. The drop off process was also very slow. Poor service and organization at this location.
