But the problem persists. It wouldn't be so bad except I am constantly taking off work and wasting gas every time I have to drive the 30 miles one way just so they can reset the CEL light and say " bring it back if it comes back on" I just don't think they are very good at troubleshooting and diagnosing. I was going to spend nearly $1500 on the extended warranty there but instead I will take my truck and money to the other dealership in town. I am through wasting my time and gas for nothing.

Fuccillo Chevrolet in Adams, NY - worst customer service ever! In November, 2019 I had transmission…read moretrouble while en route to Canada and left my Suburban (still under warranty) with them to be repaired. It took them 5 days to simply hookup a computer to my vehicle and generate an error code. They first told me all it needed was a new sensor when, if fact, I had experienced a hard failure with the transmission. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks. In that time they didn't once proactively contact me with a status update. I had to pursue them for answers, which they were never able to provide. When my vehicle was finally repaired and ready to be picked up, I discovered nearly $2K in damage to the front passenger's side bumper and tire. Fuccillo later acknowledged my vehicle had been hit while at their facility. I'm currently seeking reimbursement for the damage, for which they said they would pay, but they've stopped responding to my emails. Needless to say, I am preparing to take legal action against Fuccillo Chevrolet. On a positive note, they did provide me with a rental car while they had my vehicle. They said the cost for the rental car was covered since the vehicle was still under warranty. However, in my last communication with Fuccillo they requested I reimburse them for 2 of the 3 weeks I had the rental car. Really?! They take 3 weeks to repair my vehicle, return it to me damaged and then want me to cover the majority of rental car expense?! BOTTOM LINE - AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH FUCCILLO CHEVROLET IF YOU CAN!

I live about 30 minutes away and 10 trips to and from kills time from work and also cost a lot in gas that they never compensated me for. The staff was courteous throughout, but until I got corporate involved I don't think they would have ever fixed my truck. Highly recommend AGAINST going to this dealership…read more 1. My husband and I tried to trade in a vehicle we owned that had a couple issues (we knew beforehand & had a quote on how much it'd cost to fix it) and they low balled us on a trade in price. The manager had said he searched what the NADA value was for our vehicle and told us it was only worth $1,000 when that was in fact a lie, and it was worth $3,500+ more. They wouldn't budge on giving us a better deal for their Jeep we looked at or a better trade in value for our vehicle. 2. There was a couple different vehicles that we had looked at and done CARFAXs on and two of them had come up that they had been in accidents. When we got there, the sales lady showing us vehicles said there was an apparent agreement with the owner (I believe) that they weren't allowed to sell vehicles that had been in accidents. Yet they still have at least two for sale currently. not fishy at all 3. They were extremely unprofessional and the sales lady was wildly inappropriate. The manager scribbled prices on a blank paper and typed up his own paper on what their NADA Jeep value was instead of an actual price from the online website. The sales lady kept saying inappropriate things about being promiscuous/asking if my husband and I gotten "frisky" together because he has some scratches on his neck (made from scratching a bug bite the previous night). Overall they weren't willing to work or budge with us price wise whatsoever, they were unprofessional, inappropriate, and not much of a help at all. My husband tried to contact someone afterwards to talk to someone above the manager we had seen that day and he didn't do anything either. The only good thing to come out of this was finding a different dealership and getting a great vehicle that was in better condition, a better price, and the $4,500 trade in value our vehicle deserved without having to negotiate with them at all.

Since we were new to the area and deciding on buying a reliable used car with enough room for the family, we consulted both yellow pages and yelp pages when we came across Watertown auto sales with numbers of outstanding consumer reviews. We took a drive there one Saturday and Brandon immediately welcomed us and made us feel at ease. There were fresh coffee and pastry and the staff (Jay and Carvlle) were also very professional and courteous. After just couple of hours, we were able to make a deal on a beautiful 2011 Honda Pilot with low mileage and one year warranty. Brandon never pressured us and he was very accommodating. We are happy with our purchase and sure to recommend the business to our friends, family and neighbors.
