Messaged them thru Yelp and they responded right away with a really reasonable quote and was able to set up an appt to have them come pick up stuff next morning. They came a bit earlier than the scheduled time so we appreciated them waiting for us to get to the location. 10-15 mins later they were all done. Definitely 5 stars, there was an issue of a large planter being left - it's either extremely heavy or stuck to the ground, so I'm not upset it wasn't taken, I just wasn't aware of it. I called and the message said to send pics. So I did. I sent a detailed video of my back yard along with a few pics. Bryan said they could haul it all away the next day and for a reasonable quote. I was thrilled. Then they showed up. There were items that were in the video but not in the photos and they told my wife, after consulting with Bryan over the phone, that it would be be an additional $350. I texted Bryan but got response for two hours. When did did get back to me he said he had been out of the service area and didn't get my message. That was a lie and I called him on it. He didn't even bother to deny it. These guys do good work but I would never recommend them due to their questionable business practices. read more
