They had one teller and he was doing counter service AND drive through. He was, however, a very nice man. I appreciated his friendliness. OH - and he wasn't condescending at all at my appearance. Though I had overalls on lol and I never look very professional. I'm a bit blonde, and I didn't realize they had a parking lot. So I parked on the street right in front of the bank. But it is easy in and out. Easy to find and a good location for downtown Beaverton.

They changed their name from Umpqua to Columbia recently, look at their old scores. 1.2/5 on Trust*Pilot, an aggregate score of 1.8/5 on 145 reviews on Yelp. I've personally had to contact the VP of client relations TWICE to fix nonsense. I've had their systems overdraft my account seven different times in the last five months when I don't have overdraft protection and even their call center supervisors couldn't explain what happened (literally they didn't understand how their system allowed it) but wouldn't call it a bank error so they wouldn't reverse the fee. When I asked to have their manager call me one time, again I'm totally serious, they told me "My manager is going to tell you the same thing and they are busy." They told me that the manager would call me, of course they never did. For six months straight I signed "Mickey Mouse" on all of my withdrawals, they never caught on. Twice they would not let me take money out of my account because my license expired the previous month. Their system issues fraud locks every other week on my regular online purchases that I've made for years, often on a weekend evening where I can't get it unlocked until Monday. Tonight I changed my password and then it locked my account for changing the password. Seriously, I'm not kidding. One time when I lost my phone they wouldn't talk to me on the phone about my account for over a week unless they could send me a text code; that's not a joke either. It seriously looks like they changed their name to escape their absurdly awful reputation.

    I wish I could give zero stars. My husband has been a Key Bank customer for decades, and today was…read morethe last straw. We will be switching banks. We were treated as an annoyance when we had questions about our accounts (because it seems there was an error with the timing of credits and debits). Not only did it seem like we were annoying the tellers and managers with our questions, we were told several times that we should have known certain things. Our questions were not answered, we were not helped, and we were asked to move out of line to help other customers. We were told we could wait 20 minutes to be helped or make an appointment for Monday. They were rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. So yes, this was the last straw. The other straws were little things that all added up to one sad fact: Key Bank is no longer the local, friendly, caring choice. They are a big bank that chooses to focus on their profits over their customers. We will be moving our business to a local credit union who still cares about their customers like they are people.

I bought in cash today and tried to make a deposit, the amount I had counted and the amount she had counted had a various. Instead of re counting it in front of me she told me she doesn't have time and gave me the cash back told me to go home and count it again and come back. What kind of services is this?! That's her job to count it, not me as a customer. I never ever been treated so badly, I called the 800 file a complaint and I will follow up with it.

No body called me big liars! I can proved. They own me $1500 and bank of American refuse to pay , it was a credit card that I got in 2018 with a secure. Deposit of $1500 I canceled last year and I called and they told me to come in person , I did no body help me just a rude teller this is already 3 times one they told me to make an appointment I did and now again they flaked on me , I Realy don't know what to do to get my money nothing works , I guess I will have to go on the legal way , very incompetent , disrespectful. I walked in to see an employee who looks to be young guy, eating a smelly tuna sandwich in a bag in the lobby with multiple customers waiting to be helped and then burp. How unprofessional! I understand if this location was understaffed but if the employee is not out there to service the customer, lunch should be out of public's view. Other employees were very helpful and I enjoy my conversations with the tellers.

They want me to pick it up there and the car is not operable. They want me to cover a 800$ tow I had a car loan that I paid every month for almost 2 years with no missed payments. One day my car was towed by a towing company by mistake out of the front of my apartment. I went to a tow hearing and the judge ruled for immediate release of the car. When I went to pickup the car they told me First Tech picked up the car and it was in their possession. I called first tech and they're charging me 2000$ in fees and threatening to sell the car any day if I don't pay in full. This is 4 times the amount the impound yard was charging me originally. The repossession department is not budging and their priority seems to be to sell the car. The car is not even running and at most will sell for 500$ since it's not even running. I want to pay the car in full 10,000$ plus interest so it doesn't make any sense from a business perspective for them. They must be getting some kind of tax break from this for them to be willing to ruin a loyal customer and lose out on 10,000$ as well I am reopening my small business and was hoping I could create a long term relationship with this credit union but now I am at risk of losing my car because of an illegal tow and my credit.
