If I could give less stars I would! This branch is horrible. Went to open an account here and pay my credit card. The teller across the way (girl with big round race and black hair) said I would have to make an appointment. I was sitting because my ankle gave out on me. She told me to come over to her. I told her I would stay seated. I didn't exactly want to say.... My ankle just gave out. She said again I needed an appointment. seriously? This is a small town. There's a guy sitting in an office glaring at his computer. AND he's NOT ON the phone. He can't spent 30 minutes with me to open a account!. I can wait. I can take my money elsewhere. They couldn't care less about customer service. I came to this same branch years ago when I did have an acct with them in a different town. Went in to order replacement cards today. One of the employees were wearing a mask, the other four were not. Teller helping me was alright, but when informing me that the cards would take a little longer to mail out (no problem) due to "Corona" he made air quotes with his fingers. Not really sure what he was insinuating, but given the indifference regarding social distancing and masks in the branch, I'll let you infer what he was saying. Us bank is horrible! I deposited a check via ATM, after 3 days I called customer service to see what the issue was as it had not deposited into my acct! Customer service had no answers so I asked for her supervisor, was transferred to Teresa in the fraud department. Teresa stated my check was being held for seven days so that it could be verified, I can't believe it would take up to seven days to clear a check in 2022. I guess I would understand if the check was a personal check from someone but this was a legit check from a 401(k) company. Teresa in the fraud department was very rude and condescending did not care about my issue! If I could give them zero stars I would. I will be closing my account! read more

I was a long time customer of a FMB but when they sold out to the corporate world and fired a bunch of long time employees I left because I thought it was BS how they treat their employees that had been there for many years. I decided to go to US bank approx 2 years ago and have not regretted it once. Everyone knows me by name and it has the small town feel that FMB used to have. Phenomenal people are rare to come by, but somehow this branch seemed to be blessed with the right folks. I recently purchased a brand new car from Chevy, and was financed through GM on okay credit, but The time had come for me to refinance (car payment was just over $520) I was gonna go to my local credit union to Refi, but the didn't seem to want to help me due to the slight details I provided them. That or they gave me an option which would barely lower my payment and put me back to the initial 77 months I was on. (New payment $515) I felt as if I made the wrong decision. It was at this moment that a buddy of mine recommended the Big Bear US Bank, and that they'll do what they can. My first thought was, no. I cannot travel to Big Bear just for this. My Lord, THAT was the best decision I've made. I go and meet with Michael, and folks, this man, the assistant branch manager, and the branch manager, Rouke, really helped me. On top of that, Michael would consistently follow up with me to give me the updated details as time progressed. With those two, they ended up not only bring my payment down a full $110 a month, they knocked off a full year of payments for me.
