I've been a customer since I was 16. On time with payments, typically paid early and have multiple accounts. I keep having concerns with one of my accounts and after being on the phone for hours to get no results from their customer service department, I figured going in person should help with any issues. Mr. Tho Nguyen, prefaced our conversation with "I have an upcoming appointment but what do you need". So I proceed to tell him my situation and he states, "you should go to another bank." He encouraged I close my chase account and was happy to explain all the ways I could. Then proceeded to ask if I was interested in a business account or new credit card. ATM at this bank is so slow, it sucks. please upgrade the atms, you can do that, you have the money

This Chase has the worst customer service. The tellers have no personality and offer you no help. I absolutely hate coming here and will go to Redlands or Loma Linda in the future. All the other branches are bright and remodeled the one in Yucaipa is dingy and looks dirty. read more

Extremely unprofessional staff, staff who do not care for customers nor are aware of customer service. I had an appointment at 10:30AM. I came in on time. I waited. The banker, Tho Nguyen wanted to clear the lobby so he catered to other customers and kept pushing my appointment back. He initially asked for 10 minutes which turned into 20 minutes which turned into 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a a supervisor whose name was Erica and she didn't care not one bit and told me to suck it up and wait. She didn't cater to my needs nor did she take the time to hear me out. I've been a chase member for over 20 years and this has been the absolute worse experience. I truly Hope they close this branch down. read more

I have been a customer with CHASE for many years and have noticed a decline in their service laterly. I am not sure if it is under new management, just noticed different people working there. I have been going into the bank branch more laterly since covid, normally don't bank inside, but not pleased what I seen. Most of the tellers are very nice, but witnessed one today that had dark wavey hair pulled back that wore glasses that was rude to say the least. They cut back on the tellers and added the ATM machine which has been down for months. The line is long and the bank needs to be more concentrate of the customers needs and time. Months previously, when I was in the bank when the ATM was working, but kept freezing up, a customer brought it up with one of the managers. He was so rude to the client and would not listen to the client's concern and kept on walking by. All I can say, this bank has decline and not sure if I want to do business with this branch. read more

After talking with bank ,problem was resolved and for a big bank they are ok..it seems banks and even credit unions could care less about their customers over all these days but what are you gonna do ? I can't keep that much cash in my house read more

I visited on a Monday at 4:15. The teller couldn't address my online banking question, but was very pleasant. I signed in and waited for service. I waited half an hour, and some people had been waiting longer. Only one customer service rep was working. (Slowly.)Finally, another employee came -but not to help out. She said the lone customer service rep was leaving and we could make appointments for another day. I've had the same question addressed at Fontana and Montclair branches in under 20 minutes. The fact that this branch can't get it right is a sign of some poor management. read more

I have had no issues with tellers or anything like that I'm ranking it low due to the security guard she's a pain in the ass people bank with chase know where the atm's are at and where the door is to go inside she tries to run the bank like it's hers get rid of that guard makes me wanna drive to Calimesa just to go to chase read more

This branch is terrible at customer service. They are trained that only greeting and smiling is good customer service. They do not understand corporate banking. Tellers are arrogant and sure of themselves, even when wrong. Instead of asking a manager or someone with knowledge they will give you an answer they think to be true and even state that it's law. When you prove them wrong they just say, "Oops, sorry" and move on, wash rinse and repeat. read more

We have been clients of Yucaipa's Chase Bank since they took over Washington Mutual. It has been a good experience until recently. They just installed two ATM-like machines in the lobby and have done away with most of their tellers. There is now only one teller there, and one roaming employee who tries to help. Meantime, there is a large line waiting for service. (Most of us would rather deal with a real live person, not a machine. That's why we come inside the bank.) Is the bank cutting back on expenses by eliminating tellers? I don't know what's up but we are not impressed and are very disappointed. My husband went in earlier today, and saw a huge line with only one teller available. He turned right back around and drove over to the Calimesa branch for much better service! We are seriously thinking of taking our banking elsewhere if things don't get better. read more

The whole bank is run by supportive staff. They always welcome you when you enter the doors. I prefer Chase bank over any other bank because they really do help the customer. The bank offers private clients and overall the bank is top notch. read more

I had to cash a check that was drawn on Chase bank and they charge an $8 fee. If there wasn't already a reason not to bank here, there is now. read more

my wife depoisted some cash 10-15-15 and the impersonal robot machine busted in midstream taking our cash and gave no receipt a clerk told her a receipt would be available when the machine is fixed and the amount of cash was verifyed how swell!!! get some tellers !!!! i am looking for another bank with live tellers who care about their customers read more
