Every time…read moreI come in to do transactions or have questions I am met with the blonde manager with a foreign accent and she is snooty and rude every time. Checks deposited do not give available balance right away like other banks. You have to wait until they clear fully. This takes anywhere from 4-10 business days. The higher the amount, the longer it takes. A lot of checks I deposit are deposit checks that I need to be able to get supplies with. This hinders my business and has forced me to push Client jobs out. Which in turn makes me look bad. I have had multiple discussions with people here and I get no where. Do not use this bank. I can not fathom how they are rated "Number one bank in Nevada". Their customer service is poor and does not deserve even one star. Their policies are behind the times. Bank elsewhere if you want to save your dignity and reputation in business. Good riddance!

Here is my story: Very organized Very neat and clean establishment Very articulate Manager Very worthy cause Get there and volunteer for 3 hours. Wash your hands and dawn your gloves. Get assigned to a station and get to work. This journey, I sorted canned goods. We need to check on several things and they are: expiration date of product and condition of good. Each type of food in cans have different expiration dates. They are sorted by container in advance of our getting to work. They had pallets of dried goods, infant foods, paper products, and the list goes on. It is my understanding that Walmart (whose regional distribution center is a block away) brings their stale dated or expired goods to The FBNN for repacking and distribution. Nothing goes to waste.
