I have had so much trouble time after time with the ATM machine. How in the hell is an ATM machine temporary out of service when you want to make a deposit. Depositing money means giving them money or giving them checks I've lost track how many times that service has been unavailable at this branch YET I could pull money out BUT not make a deposit. This makes absolutely no sense at all. So either the machine doesn't work at all or it'll work for some stuff but not other stuff, and half the time it doesn't recognize money when I try to deposit cash. I've absolutely had it with this branch next day off, I'm closing my account. In addition, the ONE time I did go inside, the teller was extremely rude. I'm DONE!!!

That is the opposite of what United Federal Credit Union boast at its website, "United was founded in 1949 by people just like you who believed in the values of the community and who believed in service to one another. We're dedicated to serving you." Dear United Federal Credit Union, What part of ". . . service to one another . . . serving you" includes a public bathroom don't you understand? Because having ready access to clean, safe public restrooms is vital part of personal and public health. Adequate public restrooms are fundamental to human dignity, and are especially critical for people like my husband, a Veteran with military Service-connected Agent Orange-related damage requiring him to have frequent access to a bathroom. Shame on United Federal Credit Union for failing to support ALL our Veterans. This branch has the lowest ratings of all the United Federal Credit Union branches. Upper management needs to immediately improve the behavior of the Sparks branch employees because I previously wrote a review of a different branch of United Federal Credit Union at https://www.yelp.com/biz/united-federal-credit-union-reno-2 where I found the customer service at that other branch to be friendly, professional, adequate, and satisfactory. p.s.
