We hand over our IDs to the teller and after hanging out for a few minutes - he lets us know that that service can only be done by appointment. We asked - even as a beneficiary? Yup. So a process that in many more advanced systems is an online form requires you to schedule an appointment even though they have several employees waiting around. So unbelievably frustrating! My mom closed her accounts awhile back and recently moved back to the area - when she did, she was re-added to my accounts because she was on several years ago when I was a minor. We asked if we could get that taken care of there? No. Also by appointment only. So we had to take additional time off work because the latest appointment offered is 3:45?! I wouldn't show up to the bank without an appointment and explicit outlines ahead of time of what you need because GNCU is definitely not customer centered.

I signed a check over to her she deposited it into the ATM and it would not allow her to withdraw the funds. We went inside and they said "oh they'll be available tomorrow morning." Well I was not happy about this, I was willing to accept it. We went back this morning and the funds were still not available after speaking to only one person over the phone at Wells Fargo because supervisor or manager was not an option. We were told that the check was flagged as possible fraudulent activity. And then we're told that they would review it further in a couple of weeks. There was no option to send in pictures of IDs to send copies of emails from my school explaining exactly how much they were sending me into what address. There was absolutely no option for me to get my money for another 2 weeks. The only thing fraudulent in this situation, is Wells Fargo and how they handle their customers money. It is absolutely unacceptable that there is not a way to fast track this. I now have no way to get to my new job I just started, I have no way to get food, I have no way to get my cat's food, ect... First, increase the limit on how much I can deposit from my phone. I've been with you for years! I've earned the trust! And second, the touch screen ATM at the Vista location straight up SUCKS. The screen is not intuitive or sensitive so when you attempt to make your selection on this sucky "touch screen", nothing registers because it doesn't recognize any sort of touch. And worse, the keypad is so limited on selections that you can't use it as a backup. So you're forced to send up a prayer to the ATM spirits that the screen will be kind and recognize my angry finger is jabbing it. And I can't possibly be the only person who has issues because when I'm in line, listening to music and watching the driver in front of me attempt to navigate the touch screen, I've heard (and seen) some pretty humorous things.
