I am so struggling to pay my rent after losing my job. This Bank saw my desperate situation and truly stepped up and went above and beyond the rules to help me. I proceeded to pay the late fee and a phone fee payment and the next month's payment over $600 I asked them why didn't you call text send an email You guys have been dealing with me for the last 7 years and all of a sudden you act like u don't know us.
