The female manager here is unorganized and doesn't take responsibility. When she realized she approved too many associates' days off on the same day, she didn't step up to help fill the gap. Instead, she turned multiple clients away with a dismissive attitude suggesting appointments on the Chase app 2 weeks later. Employees greeted me as I walked inside and immediately sending me to windows that were available. Took care of what I needed and I was done in 15 minutes. Clean and nice staff here. After that I signed the check for myself to cash out some money from my checking account , I did show her my ID and my ATM . She did put my ID number in her computer ! Can't make this up. So I have had a chase account for years , but never really used it. Decided to close most of accounts with other banks and go with chase . So I walk in there with my wife to just add her to sign on account. There were two customers in whole bank. The greeter who is the bank manager tells me we need to make an appointment. I said I need to make an appointment To add her to my account? I told him ok let's do that . He tells me they are one month out. One month to add my wife to checking? Then I asked what if I become saphire he said no diffrence. I have an atm receipt to show actual time I was there to verify the people in branch, I asked the general manager if he can assist because we both work during the week day . He said no and laughed. Chase is the worst bank you can go to! They like to give me & my 87 year old grandmother who I have lived with my entire existence an extremely hard time getting her money out to pay bills & whatever else necessary. Manager here called it in "suspicious" when it is surely a hassle helping her get around to get her money out. They are constantly putting blocks on her account & keeping an eye on whatever she decides to spend it on. They are extremely nosey & will ask you personal questions on what you spend your money on. I would never choose Chase bank unless you enjoy not having access to your own funds. Side note, I even got documentation that she LEGALLY signed for me to be able to help her & STILL give her a hard time. I was amazed and surprised at the level of service received from the banking Specialist, Mr. Jason Chang. I walked in trying to get an appointment as I needed some documents to be notarized. Mr. Chang greeted me at the door and advised that there's immediate availability for the notary service as he IS the notary at the branch. Maybe it's the pandemic. Or maybe they just don't care about their customers. Either way, it is not a positive experience for the customer by any means. When I tried calling this branch, they don't pick up the phones. When I arrived at the branch, there was no instructions on how to get a banker. There was a line for tellers but nothing as far as an organized way to get a banker. I only needed to add a person to my account. Shouldn't be more than 5-10 minutes. However, the associate banker that I spoke with after spending 5 minutes standing around confused as to what to do, told me that there was no one available to help me with my account maintenance. Really? No one can help me add someone to my account? That's absurd. That's one of the most basic functions that at least one employee at the branch should be able to do. The associate banker insisted that I schedule an appointment online which I could not find as well. Honestly, this is terrible customer service and I am reconsidering having any accounts with them. I have been banking with Chase for over 10 years and never had an issue until today. I went in to make withdrawal in the form of a cahiers check from my business accounts and i was stonewalled by the worst experienced EVER! The teller was extremely rude not single ounce of customer service from her. She then proceeded to denied my withdrawal stating they do not have a manager on site to approve withdrawls and told me i need to go to a different bank . What kind of customer service is this!? There is always a branch manager or backup manager at every branch. This excuse is unaceptable. And her sheer rudeness and standoffish makes you feel not welcomed. I've been to quite a few Chase banks, as I have lived in multiple states now in the USA and Chase branches feel like they're everywhere. It baffles me that the people in this area aren't aware that they can use their cell phone's NFC capability to effectively badge into the door after hours to use the ATM. Or that they can use their cell phone literally at the ATM. Just enable Android/Apple Pay, load your Chase card on there, and wave your phone at any Chase ATM or Chase door card reader and voila -- stuff happens. You never should have to take your ATM / debit card out at a Chase bank ever again. But it seems every time I come to this Chase bank and have a conversation with the person behind/in-front-of me in line, they're just shocked. Anyway, this bank's parking sucks, the parking lot comes up to the bank but there's a curb that blocks you off, so if you suck at parking (not me for the record) then I end up having to wait for you to figure out your 27-point turn to get out of the lot while I wait for your spot. Otherwise, this Chase Bank does everything it should do. On the 08/07/19 around 11:23 PM I deposited $400 in the atm. I waited 2-3 mins and a message popped up saying call the bank to make sure my money went through. I checked my chase app to verify if money was deposited or not and I see my balance was still the same and no money deposited. I called the bank and said the atm took my money and they said they will verify it. I got a message from chase saying a temporary credit have been given to my account and after further investigation the result will be posted. Chase is one of the best bank but this by far is the worst Chase bank location. Please be aware when using the atm at this location if possible please avoid this location. read more

Been to this branch a few times. Usually to use the ATM, which I've never really had major issues with. The only ATM issue I remember was trying to make check deposits and it had difficult processing one of the checks. I had to insert the check multiple times into the ATM before it finally accepted the check. During this most recent visit to one of the 3 ATMs, one of the machines was not working. As I walked up to it, one of the guests informed me that it wasn't working, so she didn't want me to waste my time on trying to do my withdrawal. Thank you so much to that guest for being helpful! I've been inside the branch only once to do a large withdrawal of singles, fives, and tens for an event I was hosting. The teller was very nice and did his job well. When I asked for $5k in the denominations I mentioned, he first checked to make sure it was available. So I appreciate that he made sure that my request was available, which it was. As a loyal Chase member (previously, WAMU), I take great pride when using Chase for my banking purposes...whether it's to deposit a check, use the ATM, issue a cashier's check. The thing that I like about Chase is that most of its services are free. For example, other banks charge (~$10) for issuing a cashier's check but Chase does not. Awesome! This Chase location is very close to my house, so it makes it a convenient spot to get a quick $20 cash on one of my usual boba runs in the evenings when the bank is closed. That is, it's *only* convenient when the door card reader (which opens the vestibule) works. There have been a few times that I would swipe my Chase ATM card (and my other gajillion cards) to gain access to the vestibule...but to no avail. My solution? Either to (1) wait for someone else to try their card, (2) go to the Rite Aid and get cash back after making a small purchase, or (3) whimper and leave. Nothing to really write home about this particular Chase branch. It just happens to be super close to my house and is sometimes convenient when the door card reader is functional. Because of these door card reader issues that occur more frequently than not... you get 2.5 stars rounded down to 2 stars. read more

Jp Morgan Chase has given all my financial information to my ex who ai divorced in 2018 without a court order. I mean everything credit card statements 401 k etc. I wasn't even married at the time of accounts and they also gave account intro from last month Oct 2020. How and why would they do that. GLB violation all day long. They said they got a letter from a lawyer. So. Now if they got that letter and provided info that was established during our marriage sure. But that is not the case. Anyway I will give the benefit of a doubt that it is... So there's basically one teller at 5pm in the afternoon/evening. Really?! It's like when everyone is getting off work! There was one rep trying to get you to use the machines (not sure why she wasn't behind the counter trying to move the line along), but I'm fairly certain if I didn't need to go to the teller personally, then I wouldn't be in the really long line in the first place. And also no drive-thru like other people have said. It's so unfortunate because the location is so nice and convenient until you walk in (because there's no drive thru or have to go to a teller) then you realize not so convenient and nice... Maybe they are working on it or something.. I simply wanted to open an account I arrived at 5:35pm was not acknowledged till 5:55pm and was told that I can't open an account by one of the tellers that it takes 20-30 mins to open an account! There was 2 account specialist one that was busy and one that walked by me about 4 times and never said a word, then I saw her walk out of the door at 5:55 (guessing she was off) first off the ONLY person that even acknowledged me was a teller who was helping people in line. He tried to help but by the time he came over to me it was I guess too late to open an account with one of the account specialist. It was not his fault, it was the last of the over all customer service. I will be taking my business to Citibank! This location is pretty new and located in the Fresh & Easy plaza. Because it's new its super clean and so far well organized. So far my experience with the tellers have been all right. They're not super pushy and do what they need to do. Only reason for 3 star review is because they don't have a drive up ATM. Also when trying to deposit money it won't take all of my bills. I need a new car and was told I should apply with my bank first for a possible lower interest rate and in I went today to find out what they can offer me. When I went in they only had one rep Andrea working and two people ahead of me waiting. Yes, I waited about 30 minutes but I know why because when it was my turn she didn't rush me. The worst is being rushed especially when you have lots of questions. Andrea helped me apply and walked me through the process, I'm glad I went in today. Normally a five star review... now a ONE STAR. Why in the world, with so many other branches closed, do you have only one teller open? With lines of people wrapped around the building, including senior citizens, and with so many other branches closed and people available to work, it makes no sense. This inefficiency certainly ranks high in providing inadequate, inefficient, and slow customer service. The one teller may be a good one but COME ON. Even she is unfairly dealing with customers frustrated with HER. Get your act together and staff up and help us out. We have to get this stuff done before curfew. read more
