They only have one ground team and a million excuses as to their continued delays in doing the job promised. They are extremely disorganized. I called Apex Surveys on May 12th, 2023 to inquire about their services and based on what they said was their availability and their price I decided to hire them to do a plat for my property in North Arlington. They promise that they can do the work within two to three weeks, but this false advertising. Even if you cut them some slack since this is their busy season, they still run extremely late and have no idea when they can get around to doing the work for you plus there is no communication from them. You have to be the one calling or filling out their contact form because they will never call or email you to keep you up to date or even give you some idea as to where you are on their schedule because they don't know themselves! You are completely in the dark with these people as to when they will get around to doing the job! So unprofessional! As of June 22nd, 2023 I canceled the job with them based on the fact that they after six weeks they could not give me even an indication as to when they would get around to doing my plat, and also because they had not responded to the last two communications they sent me. I wasted six weeks of my time with this company, and I recommend that you don't waste your time with them either!

George O'Quinn was terribly unprofessional not only in his erroneous opinion but also when trying to work with him. He refused to work with my surveyor who, had extensive knowledge in the area being surveyed, and cared not to seek any of his advice that was offered to him. O'quinn missed original monumentation and was off by an order of 16' triggering a huge and costly boundary line disputed. Subsequent surveys found original monumentation and placed boundary line where it was expected to be 16' in the other direction from that conveyed by O'Quinn.

I had the displeasure of conducting my sale with this company and I do not recommend them…read more Scott was so condescending when going over my ALTA and explaining what debit was left off by their Senior Processor, Zoe, who had sent it to me two weeks before my closing date. My realtor had to reach out for two days to receive the final ALTA and when she did it was wrong. The night before my closing I finally got the correct final ALTA and it was way off from the one sent weeks back so I asked the other processor if she could go through it with me and she connected me with Scott. He sounded as if I were inconveniencing him by asking about the impactful difference, still no accountability taken for failure of including this debit and no apologies offered. Also, when I signed my closing documents I had to ask if they'd be needing the condo, mailbox, and storage keys. No one even asked! When I emailed about how disappointing this was there was no reply, so now everyone can know how disappointing their lack of communication was and know there are other Title and Escrow companies to use in the Fairfax area for your closing and settlement.
