I went through the appeals process only to be rejected twice. It was the sole opinion of Ron Mahone shift manager at the Peachtree City, GA location who rejected it. You can never speak directly to anyone handling the claim. You can only leave messages regarding the claim with the help desk. I submitted pictures of the monitor before it was shipped & of the packaging & the damaged box. None of that made any difference. They just rejected everything. This experience has been terrible. After this I will never ever use the USPS for shipping anything ever again for myself, my family or my businesses. I wish I could give them NO stars!

These are NOT listed on the website nor on their hardcopy application as required IDs to reserve a PO Box. I even called the USPS 800 number to confirm. Giving a business' EIN is equivalent to giving them your SSN number to reserve a personal PO box. And if it's used to verify the business, the information is publicly available on the SOS government website that anyone has access to. This needs to be investigated because there's no telling what is being done with confidential business information.

On April 30, 2024, I paid $30 overnight delivery, which had a guaranteed delivery by 6pm May 1, 2024. On Monday, May 6, 2024, the document was not delivered to the recipient. When I returned to the Post Office to inquire of non-delivery, it was discovered that my important document was still sitting on the desk at the College Park Post Office. For SIX days an overnight EXPRESS package sat at the post office, and no one took the duty to ensure the package was sent out. This is BLANTON UNPROFESSIONAL Service!!! The document was a vital matter to my livelihood that needed to be delivered by May 6 and the unprofessional neglect of the postal workers is simply careless and total lazy disregard for the people whom they service.
