When I returned to the Post Office to inquire of non-delivery, it was discovered that my important document was still sitting on the desk at the College Park Post Office. For SIX days an overnight EXPRESS package sat at the post office, and no one took the duty to ensure the package was sent out. This is BLANTON UNPROFESSIONAL Service!!! I'd like to add that once I got to this location, there was a long line out of the door, so much so, I had to wait out in the mall once I joined the line. Michelle was the only employee at the counter and was so proficient in getting all of us customers in and out the door. She tended to all of us with a pleasant attitude and with efficiency. She was kind, patient, and allowed me to ask whatever questions I had without making me feel rushed. She also throughly went over the receipt with me and really made sure I was clear on this entire process before moving on to the person behind me.
