I'd give zero stars if I could. My nails look like a child did them. Nail polish up on my skin, smudges, bubbles. They also picked up my wallet and OPENED it and held it in my face to tell me to pay, instead of just asking me to get it. The girl doing my pedicure forgot to do like 3/4 of it, didn't file, I had to ask her to go back and do it, basically she took off my nail polish, rubbed lotion and (poorly) painted them again, and after putting lotion on, proceeded to put my legs back in the water...so weird. What a waste of money. Worst experience ever and I won't go back. They are the closest to my house but I'll drive for a better experience. read more

I am torn on the rating, my nails always Ok nice but I leave feeling unsatisfied with my visit. I get my nails done here when I need them done but don't have the luxury of time. I can get a pedicure, fill and eyebrow wax in an hour. I am always happy with the way my nails look, my feet look and my eyebrows. However, I find the technicians rude and the services to be rough. I also feel that I am being taken advantage of, as every time I go in they want to give me a new set of nails rather than a fill even if their salon had just given me a new set two weeks ago. I also find that they charge different amounts for the fill even when I don't have any lifting nails or nails that need to be replaced. It's where I go when I need my nails to look nice in a hurry but not when I want the luxury of relaxing. Needless to say I try to manage my time well and go elsewhere read more

Just spent $35 on a gel manicure yesterday. Had to go back this morning for a redo of one nail because it chipped already. They were very pleasant and accommodating, and I do appreciate that. However, a few hours later, a second nail needs a redo. Not chipped, but polish is completely peeling off. In addition, nail color now has a slight "yellow" hue to it. Very disappointed. read more

Borderline worst pedicure I've ever gotten, nope sorry, definitely worst. Walked in and had 6 people come in after me. After being seated in a chair they proceeded to start all six people before me and gave me a masues, who I would hardly call that, to kill time. No srub, no cleaning, no filing, didn't even leave my nails straight, literally nothing. And on top of it, I almost slipped to my death because of all the lotion that was on my feet from their "masues." If you want to throw $25 in the garbage ... You should come here! read more

I have been going to this salon for several years now. Immediately when I walk in they ask what service I want and have me pick out my color. When time to apply the color they ask if like it and assist with another if I do not. I like that manicures and pedicures are done simultaneously. You can easily be out in an hour or less. I do not feel rushed, it is just efficient. I travel all over the country for long periods at a time and wish I could find more salons that do as good a job as they do. I especially like the way they do the fill. My gel typically will last 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. Totally do not understand all the negative reviews. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am currently sitting inside the salon writing this - infuriated! I came here because it is close to home and it had decent reviews on google. This is by far the worst mani/pedi experience OF MY LIFE. I was rushed the minute I walked in. They did my gel manicure WHILE they did my pedicure - yup, the entire thing...not just removing my old gel polish. They barely have any tables in the front for manicures so I see why now. Literally had 3 people working on me at once so I could not keep up with who was doing a good job or not. I guess saved me the trouble, cause they all sucked. I came for an experience but instead felt like just a number to them. They were doing everything in their power to rush me out! The lady painting my feet literally messed up every single nail and then was side eyeing my to see if I was getting upset. They constantly were talking LOUDLY in chinese..and could clearly tell it was about me. I am of immigrant decent and have nothing against speaking in a native language but i truly feel it interrupted the experience people come. This place is a nightmare, save your $65 and go do something else for 20 minutes. read more

Nice place I would have given it 5 stars if they hadn't offered to do nail art on my 8-year-old, without telling me the price beforehand, so I ended up paying $40 for a mani pedi for an 8-year-old! Not that she is not worth it--not that they didn't do a great job--but had I known that nail art would nearly double the cost of the mani pedi I wouldn't have done it. Long story short, buyer beware. A little pricier than other strip mall nail salons in the area; however, they always send out coupons in the local Valpak so if you have a coupon and go on a weekday the prices are usually comparable. They just moved down a few store fronts but are still in the same Foxmoor shopping center - new location is beautiful with plenty of pedicure chairs. Every time I go there, I get a mani and pedi. They always have had 2, sometimes 3 nail techs working on me simultaneously - they literally do your mani for you while you're in the pedi chair. Personally, I love this as it really expedites service - today, I walked in, took my time choosing a gel polish, had the gel polish removed on both my nails and toes, and had gel polish reapplied to both nails and toes - was in and out of there in 55 minutes. At my usual salon, this takes ~2.5 hours. Don't expect a spa, but the place is very clean, new, and nothing short of efficient. Cindy is one of the owners and is very meticulous when it comes to her customers' requests. She is easy to talk to but doesn't talk your ear off if you're looking to zone out. Due to time constraints, I'm leaning towards paying the extra $5 or so and making this my regular spot (with a coupon!) read more

Pretty much don't go here. I got a gel manicure and it lasted 2 days!! And it was $40! Normal manicures last longer than that and they are only $12. I'm confused about all of the negative reviews. I personally love that they have multiple nail technicians work on me at once, as I am usually in and out very quickly. If you are looking for a more leisurely spa experience, perhaps look elsewhere. I have always been pleased with how my nails come out. The nail techs always confirm that I like a color and ask me if I like how things look as they are working. The whole place is lined with TV's so you are never awkwardly staring your nail tech in the face or people watching. I am giving 4 stars as they are a little pricier than other local salons, but to me the quality and speed is worth the additional cost. read more

I'm very frustrated and unsatisfied with my experience here. I am not one to make a big deal and fuss about small things that don't matter, however, I am tired of throwing the money I work hard on into things that aren't worthy of it. I came here because my other nail place was busy, I came in and I really did like their selection of polish which is hard to find in other places... however, I soon realized that this place works on multiple people per person, which was confusing at first but amazed me. At first thought I really thought this process was cool and it was quick. The nails looked pretty good at first, however, there were little things that set them off. Couple days later one of those little things caused my nail to break so I came back. They did my thumb nail and it wasn't the right polish, wasn't the right thickness, or shape/length.. they didn't bother to even compare at the end, they just walked up the register and said it was $5 for a thumb nail that wasn't done correctly. I only had $4 on me and I rushed to my car to get quarters out to pay for the rest. $5 is overprice for something that doesn't even compare to quality or service. I felt rushed and unwanted. I'm just extremely upset that I tipped $14 on $40 payment the first time to receive such service. And now this is the 2nd nail I've broken this set without doing anything extreme at all. read more

My girlfriend went here to get her nails done. They came out horribly, she talked to the person who did her nails and they said that's how they are going to be. She gets her nails done all the time and they never look how they do now. They wouldn't even give them a discount for the nails that look horrible . I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Overcharged me and didn't understand what I wanted. Closed at 730. Rushed me out. Closes usually at 8. Very sloppy pedicure. Didn't clean off the extra polish on skin Four people worked on me. Kept changing jobs to do other things like sweep floors. 47 dollars for a French manicure on my hands and a regular on the toes. Then didn't bother to reimburse me because I didn't want French on toes!!! Never going back. Non stop talking to each other in a different language constantly. Very rude. Not relaxing at all. I never loved this place but it was reasonably priced and very close to my home so I went there several times. The last straw for me was last summer (yes this is very overdue) when I had the oddest experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I sat down for a pedicure and waited. I had noticed a very young boy (appeared to be a teenager, but maybe he was older) walking around the salon wearing sweatpants. I assumed it was the owner's kid, truthfully. Moments later, this boy sat down and (without speaking to, looking at, or otherwise acknowledging me!) began my pedicure. I was surprised but wasn't necessarily bothered by this until it became the most awkward pedicure of my life. I'm very appreciative when a pedicurist takes their time, but this person did every step of the pedicure over and over almost robotically. The best example of this was when it came to the lotion/leg massage. He continuously rubbed each leg over and over until the lotion dried. Yes, the lotion dried! When this happened to the first leg, I sat there for a few minutes wondering at what point should I tell him this was irritating and uncomfortable. He finally realized (I think?) what had happened and proceeded to apply more lotion and continue to massaging the same leg. At least this time he stopped before it dried up again. He repeated this with the other leg. For his awkward finale, he stopped right before applying polish and abruptly got up and left. I wasn't sure if he was coming right back or what, and in the meantime a manicurist started on my hands (they typically do this at the pedicure chair here). Several minutes later, I noticed the boy had started someone else's pedicure on the other side of the salon I questioned the manicurist and she brushed this off as if it wasn't so weird and incredibly rude. Eventually another woman came and finished the pedicure. I decided after this I would never return to this salon. I'm also seriously questioning whether this boy was even certified to provide pedicures. read more
