My Favorite nail salon for years!! Boss Andy Always polite!! And My girl Chloe! I was in being serviced for a pedicure ( was there the day b4 getuing dip powder ) and a worker by the name of Cindy was harassing my technician!! There were several ppl in the pedicure area and Cindy was yellinging Extremely aggressively at her coworker pertaining to sumthing that was NOT ANY OF HER BUSINESS!!! really baffled by the good reviews on this place. they made me bleed horribly on multiple fingers for a simple manicure. the photo shows it after it dried and I was able to clean it up myself after I left. but it was just gushing blood. she really cut me good because hours later it started bleeding again just from the friction of washing my hands. the polish was also very streaky in my manicure and pedicure (see photo). many of my nails also had fuzzies and stuff dried into the polish. the brush they used wasn't clean. on top of that, the lady asked me for a tip before she even painted my nails!! she even gave me her venmo, I said ok, and fully planned on tipping after the service. but then she kept checking her phone and said she didn't receive it yet. like why would I send a tip before you even finish my nails?!? absolutely absurd. read more

Apparently bleeding is normal. Let's be serious we have all had a cut here or there from a nail salon but this place is brutal. J walked in and they were able to take me after I dropped off a package at UPS. I was greeted with a smile and the tech seemed nice. Once she removed my polish she kept drilling my cuticles. I was telling her it hurt but she just kept going. When she was done with my right hand I told her not to do it with my left hand. The paint came out nice but my right hand was cut up and raw. At first I didn't really say anything but the next day I was still bleeding. I called the salon and they told me to come in. The owner told me it was normal and there was nothing he could do. He also said he wouldn't refund me and was super rude He ended up giving me $20 as if that was enough when the service was $50 and I tipped 20%. This was by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The decor was dated and looked beat up and they were not sanitizing in between clients. read more

The nail tech I had was extremely rushed. They longer give even a mini massage with a "regular" pedicure which used to be quite standard. She did not even file my toe nails and did a really poor job on filing my finger nails; she filed off way too much length and they were uneven. There was no cuticle grooming, and no buffing of the nails leaving me to file them again when I got home because they were left rough and jagged. There was an obnoxious 4% additional fee for using a credit card. The poor and underwhelming service was not worth the increase in price. I've been going there for years, but their post-covid operations leave a whole lot to be desired. Increasing the price is understandable, but getting far less and much worse service is not. I totally regret leaving a tip for this nail tech. read more

What didn't go wrong! First the pedicure was rough and painful. She spent half the time cleaning the floor from spilled water (seriously wiping up the floor and drying her own feet). Once the pedicure was complete I sat at the chair and she sat down pushing her own chair into my newly painted toes. Had to be corrected. Part Two: I had a photo - natural pink gel nails with a swish of color (like a half french) to one side. She didn't follow the photo and when I asked to speak with someone she then pulled my hand and tried to correct it. Not great but not as bad as her first try. The best part was she then charged me $3.00 a nail for what she called a "design" ( I complained and she said ok $2.00!) - seriously it's a swipe of color! - But wait there's more! She then charged me an extra $5.00 for cutting my nails - apparently at this salon everything is ala cart and cutting your nails is not considered to be part of a manicure - $95.00 later (plus a tip - which I regret). I walked out with sore toes, a lot less money and a gel fill/manicure that looks like a child did it! P.S. She cleaned the pedicure utensils in the bath while my feet were in the water! Disgusting! In conclusion - poor service, poor communication, and price gouging! Plus if you don't pay cash it's more! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I don't know how an establishment like this is in business. If you are black or brown woman please do not waste your time here. RUN!!!! If I could give -0 stars I would. They are racist, unprofessional, and rude. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. Upon entering I was barely greeted and there was no communication about how long the wait would be (I was a walk in). After waiting 30 minutes I then had to ask when I would be seen. I was unfortunately placed with nail technician Kim. After explaining that I wanted tips, gel not acrylic, she started my nails. She literally cut my nails and then proceeded to start polishing them. She also informed me that the service would be $65 in which I told her no problem. Once she started polishing my nails, I asked her if she was going to work on my cuticles because that wasn't done, along with shaping, cleaning my nails, etc. She then rudely responded "if she feels she needs to she will." I then asked, if she could clarify what the $65 service is inclusive of because all she literally did was cut and start polishing my nails. She then said, "I'm not done yet but if you want me to stop I can." I responded that I'm only asking a question that is reasonable as I would like to know what I am paying for which is completely valid. She then caught an attitude, starting yelling at me, telling me that I can leave, this conversation is being recorded, etc as if to somehow threaten me. Mind you she was the one making a scene. I told her that I will not be proceeding with the service based on her rudeness and attitude. She kept yelling telling me that I was rude and the service is not finished. I told her with her customer service thus far and the entire experience I will never return. Best nails and spa you will be hearing from my lawyer. As for Kim, she needs to be fired immediately. Worst pedicure ever. Glad I didn't schedule an appointment for my nails. To start off. We booked an appointment for my birthday (today) to get hot stone pedicures. Well I sat down and told her that I was here for the hot stone pedicure. She told me no it's to "busy". Even tho we made appointments. So I still took the pedicure, the water was ice cold, she put scrub on my feet for like 2 seconds then rinsed it off, put a hot towel on my leg for a second, then made me turn off my back massager and painted my toes. Pretty ironic that this place is called "best" spa and nails. If coming into the salon with a simple request to have my acrylics taken off and being completely ignored for 20 minutes while nail techs were available is considered the "best", we should look into redefining the word. Was sat at a desk only to be told the nail tech didn't know how to remove acrylics. That's like a stylist working at a hair salon and not knowing how to cut hair. You need to figure out who the good manicurists are and goto them only. They are fast & less expensive than most places however they will assign you whomever they want, walk away if you are not Comfortable with that person. What scares me is that I saw them dump used dry towels into water then into their hot box. I don't believe that is sanitary. The place overall isn't clean and I wish they had OPI gel colors. I am concerned also that not all the staff is fully licensed in the US or if some of The people are just that bad. But, when you get a good one it's really good. read more

For the older woman in salon, in her 60s named Ann. She was very rude, rushed throughout the entire time, voiced her opinion in color every time and kept telling me how to get my nails done. I got a pedicure first and then my gel nails. The water was too hot so I told her and she rudely ignored me and didn't respond but made it cooler. I had my nails done prior in California with gel. I was with my cousin and she noticed Ann didn't start with my old nails and kindly asked her, "don't you have to put the foil on and the nail polish remover on her finger tips while she waits?" Ann was offended and replied, "yes, I know, I'll do it later" and huffed and puffed "I've been doing this for over 10 years!" We were surprised with her reply. Wow! Such great customer service. After the pedicure was finished she rushed me to her sitting nail station. To make a long story short: She made my nails square shape when I asked her to do round. She didn't like the colors I chose & convinced me to change it to 'Summer colors' .. the glitter nail polish came off after the drying process (1st choice). The second set of changed different color glitter polish also didn't stay after drying process (2nd choice).The third time Ann suggested maybe I shouldn't get any polish with glitter for my ring finger since the other two choices didn't stay on and to just go with the same color as the other nails, which I don't usually do, I like to have the ring finger in glitter. So I had no choice but to choose a white color and as you can see in the photos by then ann was to the point where she was careless and annoyed. My nails didn't come out the way should have. They are sloppily done and uneven I thought I'd get a discount or something but nope. She still asked for $50 when I was done (of course no tip!) $25 pedicure/ $25 gels. I had an incredibly poor experience at this nail salon and was treated terribly by the employees. Due to how upset I was because of the employees treatment, I decided to leave after only have my nail polish removed, and the worker attempted to charge me $20. I was obviously going to tip her regardless, but $20 to just have my polish removed is absurd. As if their treatment towards me wasn't poor enough, they then tried to scam me for more money than what I actually owned. I gave this nail salon 5 stars 4 years ago (2013). I was a complete fan of their pink and white tips and came every two weeks. I went to the owner and thought he did an amazing job. Unfortunately, the owner decided to cut back his hours and, instead of letting me know, would just cancel appointments or not show up. I got to the point where I would just leave my number and tell him to call when he decided to show up. Needless to say, these nails need to be maintained and the salon showed no interest in maintaining them. Since I'm not from the area I've been sampling different salons and this is the 3rd one. I arrived right when they opened and was seated quickly. The technician did cut my nails a little shorter than I wanted but they turned out good. The service didn't take long and they do great designs. That was another reason I liked then, the designs they do. They are a little pricey though what I could get at another salon for $42 costs $54 here.
