Very racist. I was told they had no more appointments available by the man that sits at the first chair. I was looking at the nail chart and he snatched it out of my hands and put it back on the table. I said, all the nail techs have no available time, he said no. He said, he's not sure if his 6pm is coming. I said I'll wait just to see what was really going on. They customers kept looking at me. As I waited several phone calls came in and he told each person come on in we have availability. There were a couple of walk ins he took also. I have never in my life been treated like that. I can't erase it from my mind. It was horrible. Needless to say I made him do my nails. Friends said they would have left but I didnt want to give him the satisfaction. Run don't walk here, but ask for Lili or Vicky! I almost gave a terrible review, but the shop did an amazing job at rectifying the issue. Originally I was seated for a pedicure by a male (with no name tag) who seems to be in training, my experience with him was horrendous. Fortunately, he was only assigned with putting the mask on my legs & removing prior polish while, my nail tech, Lili was finishing up her previous client. Every step had to be meticulously explained to him by Vicky who was trying to complete her clients nails at the same time. He was shaking through the whole process & was not wearing gloves--not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately he took 30 minutes to do his part, and I was starting to worry he was going to be my nail tech. By the time Lili came over my water was freezing cold, but I was so excited to have someone else helping me. Lili is absolutely amazing and everything the fabulous reviews about this place are true. Such amazing attention to detail & exceptional service. Lili and Vicky are very friendly and kind. I would recommend this place 100 percent, just request your service provider as to avoid the awkward unpleasant experience in the beginning. I think this place still deserves 5 STARS, and I'm not sure what can be done about the male employee, I would just prefer to have Lili do the entire service. At the end the male employee provided a shoulder massage, which was very nice of him but I would've preferred to opt out of the service. He was again shaking the entire time which only caused me to tense up and worry. I will re-iterate everything else was exceptional. The shop has a perfect array of colors and great options that I was a fan of. It's a very clean establishment, with nice green & grey accents. From the outside you would not expect to walk into such a nice space. Will be coming back with a better plan LOL. read more

The outside looks a little rundown but inside is a very calm and clean space! The pedicure is $35 and they give you the choice of a 10 minute leg massage (from the knee down) or a callus treatment. I went for the massage and they put a timer on so the customer knows she's getting the full time. The pedicure was good and the massage even better. The nail polish application was also good and she would remove the polish if she felt like it didn't look good. So I will be coming back here for sure! My go-to nail salon!! Service is great and they always do an impeccable job. I call ahead and make an appointment. There is usually no wait time once I get there. Compared to other nail salons in the area, they honor your appointment time, where I've only ever waited about 5-10 minutes so they can finish nails on another customer, but never longer than that. They have a wide selection of colors and the staff pay attention to detail. The best part (in my opinion) is the 2 minute shoulder massage while waiting for my nails to dry. 10/10 recommend this place to others! read more

I'm so impressed with this nail salon! I stopped in hoping they had space for a walk-in pedicure and they did. It's unassuming outside, but inside it's bright, clean, modern and VERY relaxing. I had a basic pedicure and it felt far from basic! I sadly didn't catch the technician's name, but she was fabulous. Great attention to detail, gentle on the cuticles, and worked in a foot massage before expertly painting my nails a stunning shade of red. Another detail: I appreciated the calm, instrumental spa music because it set the tone of professionalism and relaxation. I'm absolutely returning! I was referred by a friend . And consistently came her for about 6 months. I loved the quality of the products but I never left there truly satisfied. They never got my shape right on my feet or hands but it was okay. Last time I came here I went for a full set previous I decided to take a break and start fresh. I got my feet done was not happy and my nails were okay. Fast forward to the next day my pinky felt so sore. And just got worst .. I couldn't extent my pinky straight . I had a full color so I couldn't see under nail . But turns out that half of my nail lifted from my nail bed within a day of getting a fresh full set . I was devastated!!! I went back after my nail healed and they refused to do the minimum to soak them off . I do not recommend clearly they are not as sanitary as they should be read more

This salon happens to be super close to my house, so it's a definite plus, however, I truly love this place bc it's so clean! It's literally pristine. Staff is super nice and friendly, prices are fair, and they really care about doing a good job. I highly recommend. Only downside may be that it's not meant to accommodate a bunch of people. So if you've going with girlfriends or something, it's probably not a good choice. I do like that though. It feels really nice and spacious in there and it's not super packed with people. I'd like to start off with saying that I do not come into nail salons expecting the experience or service of a lifetime but I do expect basic respect and an overall pleasant experience. Halfway through my appointment I remember thinking to myself that I'd rather do nearly anything else besides be there. I went in for a pedicure around 3 o clock on a Sunday with a friend, I saw this salon on Yelp and it looked promising. Little did I know I'd proceed to get my nails very very poorly trimmed and filed, have my previous polished barely removed and be left at my chair, feet in cold water, for 20 minutes while my pedicurist went and sat on his phone completely ignoring me. Meanwhile my friend's pedicurist continued and gave her a pedicure far better than mine. You can tell when someone is just rushing and does a worse job than you would've vs when someone genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Not to mention my pedicurist wore no gloves and in all honestly smelled extremely unpleasant. After waiting nearly half an hour my pedicurist returned and finished the sloppy job he began. I paid an extra $5 for a french tip, which I regret. Every other salon I've been to has delivered a similar, thin, even, and overall crisp looking french tip but not here. I received a thick and sloppy mess and am considering wiping the whole pedicure off and doing it myself because of how hard I cringe every time I look at it. I wish could say the experience got better but no. While paying for our 2 pedicures ($35 each plus $5 for the french) I payed in cash handing my pedicurist, who was managing the register, a $100 in $20s and told him to keep the change. I was then offered $5 back which I was as confused by but took it. The pedicurist then looked at me confused and agitated and began asking for (almost demanding) a tip which I ended up reluctantly giving (despite the fact I'd already given him a $30 tip) just to get me and my friend out of there. Overall I'm very unsatisfied with my experience and do not recommend coming here. read more

I had an appointment today, Sam did so good on my dip nails and was so nice and personable. Seriously the best place in the area! I have gone multiple times and had a good experience every time.... However, today my heart broke for this small business. During my appointment, a women checking out was upset over the $5 difference from what she claims she always pays. Two staff broke it down multiple times. She refused to pay it. Made a huge scene. Was EXTREMELY RUDE. the staff there stayed professional but I could tell the women staff member was very upset by this. The staff just gave the women the $5 off and then she STORMED OUT AND REFUSED TO SIGN THE SLIP. I hope she never comes back because she made the whole environment for the workers very tense. I felt horrible, made sure to tip extra and will definitely be returning. To the women who did this today, remember this is a small business these people's lives rely on this income. You made the biggest deal, embarrassing yourself over $5. Do better in the world and I hope kindness finds you someday. read more

This is the first instance that I wished there was an option to leave ZERO STARS. The staff was extremely rude but they just so happened to be the only nail shop open so I had no choice. The employees was so agressive with my toe nails that it cause my big toe to bleed and she said it was "Normal" for that to happen sometimes BUT WAIT THERES MORE! She used water from the tub my feet were soaking in to rise the wound which led to an infection days later.
