When I said her name in a questioning manner she just looked confused and then gestured to a table. I chose a color and she tried two that were wrong. I felt the work was sloppy. I have traces of clear and the colored polish still on my skin. $45 for a sloppy job? I will not ever be back. I really left there feeling like, "What just happened??". read more

They are never open. Close super early. Don't do dip. And I went in it was empty asked for a polish change and they say they don't do that and say it's $50 for pedicure. Overpriced and not good for customers. read more

Everyone there is very friendly. They do great work and everyone is very nice. The wait time isn't too bad even when they are busy.

Pedicurist doesn't understand English and is using wrong tools. Left glue on face along with a terrible eyebrow job. Staff walking around with rollers in their hair and just very unprofessional looking. Place is empty and this is why. Don't bother. One star for being polite. read more

I have been coming here on and off for about a year. My usual is a Gel Mani this goes for about $35 depending on length (my nails are short as I work in an office setting) This nail salon is very clean. Manicure and pedicures are never done by one person sometimes 2-3 which can be overwhelming. That's my only issue, I come to a nail salon for a great mani but I also want to relax. Have yet to find a salon where you get good service around here - I got an acrylic set and a pedicure which they charged 83 dollars for. I don't mind paying for good work but my set was super thick and unnatural looking and when I asked if they were going to push back my cuticles they looked at me like I had two heads and said that was an up charge which blows my mind. If you are getting acrylic set and paying 60 dollars the manicure portion should be included and I have a never had that happen before at another salon. Just seems like a cheap ploy to upcharge customers. My cuticles looked so bad that I had to cut and push them back myself that night and it looked like my bails were already two weeks old the same day I got them. In addition, it seemed very rushed as multiple people work on you at the same time so it was hard to relax. Needless to say will not be returning read more

I had high hopes for this place. It is really clean and centrally located. There were number red flags all of which I overlooked until it dawned on me that anytime someone "new" came into the salon I was pushed back in "priority" and left soaking in the bowl. Four (4) people worked on one (1) pedicure until I had enough when the 5th person came over moving fast NOT knowing where I was in the process. I said that's enough ... this is a stressful experience and I am not enjoying this service. I was charged $30 for a rushed job. No cuticle care, haphazard lotion massage and ONE (1) coat of Polish. At the register she changed the price to $25 giving me a discount (Rolling my eyes) and told me that she was sorry. This was the worst experience ever! "ALL" people and thier hard earned money deserves better customer service. Now off to another Salon to get a full-service because this one was trash! read more

Extremely pleased with this place! They were all pretty friendly, especially the woman working the front desk. My french acryllic nails came out beautiful. I asked them to be a little short an they accomodated that. I had 4 different peoe working on me doing different tasks so they were very effecient for someone just there on their lunch break. read more

I went in to get a simple pedicure. The lady who greeted me said I'd have to wait 20 to 30 minutes due to them having appointments. I didn't mind waiting. I found my color and said I'd be back in 20 mins to which she repeated that they had appointments but I could just soak. I said I'd prefer to just come back in 20 mins to which she said she has appointments. I was thoroughly confused with her and it just seemed she wasn't interested in garnering my business so I just thanked her and told her I'd go somewhere else. I can't speak on their work but their customer service or lack thereof assured I wouldn't be a patron here ever. read more

I've been going to US Nails In Lawrence Shopping Center for over 4 years now - NEVER a disappointment! I didn't start with mani/pedis until I was in my mid-fifties and I always get the pink and white solar gel and a pedicure. Believe me - my feet are genetically horrendous, but I leave there looking like a million bucks! Very, very clean facility that accommodates numerous walk-ins (me being one of them and I am out the door in an hour with the full works).
