Never ever would I use this company again. Eight years ago, I gave them a five star review. Not sure whether that review will still be here after this review, but if so it is old news and please disregard. They were just starting in the area then and it was a whole different experience from when I had them replace my water heater again last month. It was 100% my fault for not feeling well enough to do some checking around for other plumbers. I was quoted only a total price for the water heater and the labor to install. I felt that I had been taken advantage of when the install was complete, but today, having had a reputable plumber come out for another problem and seeing what the reasonable hourly labor charge was, I am certain. Legacy Plumpmg was upfront about how they charged for hourly labor and it was a breath of fresh air. It was my fault for accepting U.S. Plumbing's bid, but I thought that they would be fair since I was a repeat customer. I was wrong and I don't want anyone else to be overcharged. I do not know if it played into the situation or not, but my husband and I are elderly and I doubt these people would want their parents to be charged what we were charged. Before dealing with this company demand to know the breakdown between cost of goods and labor of the proposed service and get some other bids. U.S. Plumbing seemingly bills based on what they can get away with rather actual cost. read more

Great all around technician and service!! Would absolutely use them again. After having trouble leveling our washer for some time, my wife and I decided to splurge age get a new washer/dryer set. In preparation for the install, we pulled the old ones out and cleaned up the area. All of a sudden the chore took a nose dive...The floor was soft, dipped down and was unstable! We called US Plumbing and they gave us a time and they were very prompt. Needless to say this turned into a huge deal consisting if ripping up floor, beams, insulation, wall pieces, etc. But US Plumbing was there to inspect the pipes, find this crazy leak that apparently been slowly destroying the laundry area without any outward signs, and replaced the water lines! US Plumbing was fantastic! They were quickly available, worked very hard, and made sure the job was top notch before we moved the new appliances in. Even their pricing was reasonable! read more

As a past small business owner, I know when someone truly cares about their business and is great at it and Max is definitely one of the most amazing business owners I have personally ever met and I am beyond impressed with his services. We had an emergency plumbing situation that other plumbers told us it would take days to get to us but when we called US Plumbing, they were there in record time to the rescue. The cold water cutoff valve on my hot water heater started leaking rather heavily on a Saturday. I did not want it to skyrocket the water bill waiting until Monday or later. I called several plumbers and got either no response or they couldn't handle it on the weekend. I contacted US Plumbing and even though they could not come on Saturday they made it first thing Sunday morning. Max was able to replace the valve in just a few minutes. Called US Plumbing about a clogged sewer drain. Max told me he would call me back in 1 to 1.5 hours, which he did. He then told me he would be at the house within 30 minutes, he was.
