I am sick and tired of receiving other people's mail and my mail not being received even though it shows up on informed delivery photos. Car tags, packages and this week a birthday card from our daughter to my husband. I have had to deliver my neighbors mail to them countless times, make two trips to the car tag office and now no birthday card for husband, who knows where that went? The postal service and specifically the one in Loganville deserve zero stars and some better employees. Now the "Find lost mail" page on their USPS site won't even load so I can make a report. Pathetic. If the Postmaster is not capable of running this place then maybe it's time for a new one. read more

For some reason in the mornings when it's not busy they have plenty of workers but during the busy time it's one or 2 ppl at the counter. I now only drop off packages and I notice it takes them almost 2 days to scan which push backs the delivery time for my customers. I live on Hwy 81 close to Meridian Park. The post lady constantly leave my mailbox open. Have complain several times. Even watch her with her unknowing leaving the mailbox open. We told the postmaster. Post Lady lied to her postmaster that she did not leave it open. She has left it at least 50 times. YES, so many times it's been unbelievable. We will be escalating this. Amazon has relied upon the USPS to deliver an item I ordered. That was the first mistake. The USPS then notified me that they could not make the original delivery date. The new delivery date is worthless to me as I needed the product for an event occurring on a particular day at a particular time. Now the USPS is telling me they attempted to deliver the product today at 11:52am. I was in the kitchen at the time. No doorbell ring, no knock on the door. The USPS said they could not access the property. The sun is out, it's in the 50's, sky is clear, driveway is clear, front walk is clear. What sort of non access are they talking about? We moved in a month ago. As soon as we moved in we went to this post office to have our address changed in person. It's been a month and we haven't received ANY mail. We know for sure we should have gotten mail by now, we have bills to pay, checks being mailed in from our last landlord etc. they gave us a green card to fill our names and put into the mailbox for the mailman to take to show we are now the residents here. We did what was asked, took 3 week days for the mailman to take it, then 2 days later the mailman put the green card BACK and still no mail 2 weeks later. Loganville's branch of the USPS is located behind a block of stores and restaurants along US 78. Logan Drive, which has it's own red light at US 78, is actually the driveway entrance that dead ends into the PO's loading dock. IHOP is kinda catty corner across Logan Dr. next to the PO. They usually have a good number of cashiers to cut down on wait times for the shipping services. There's an excellent gentleman who works at the kiosk/package supplies area in the lobby. Friendly greeting and he has asked me many times if I'm just dropping off a package ready to ship so he can log it in without waiting in line. They also have an automated stamp/label printing machine which accepts credit/debt cards in the lobby (large PO Box rental area open 24hr). It has been a life saver when writing up bills at night and finding out I don't have enough stamps. Monday-Friday the collection for shipping time is 5pm; Saturday is 3:15pm. read more

I have never had so much problem with receiving mail until I moved to Loganville. I have had to file more claims to locate mail/packages than my entire existence within the last couple of months. My two most recent issues included a package I actually never received but the postmaster insists the gps shows that the postal worker delivered my package. The reason for that is because it was probably placed in someone else's mailbox in our community postal bins. The other most recent package that the postmaster claimed the same thing, I received the package because a stranger rang my doorbell with my package in his hand. I have repeatedly called this post office to try to speak with the postmaster and his phone number rings and rings with no answer. I am trying to speak with postmaster about the post person leaving my mailbox open frequently. Now the mailbox door is broken from being left open all the time. Have to go in on a Saturday now to get this handled as well as pick up a package that they only attempted once to deliver. Amazon sent me an e-mail saying that one more attempt would be made but Loganville PO never tries more than once and it is hard for me to make it there to pick up packages. Overall, this post office does not have good customer service. However, I have encountered some nice people inside the building. Mostly friendly and accommodating. I have mixed feelings about this location. There was a time not long ago that this Post Office was awesome (and I don't say that often). The ladies at the front (and Steve as well) were polite and knowledgeable. The previous Post Master (Tim) was intelligent and effective, but now that he's gone the place is falling apart. Almost all of the old employees are gone now as well, leaving the office filled with inexperienced and confused workers. I had a simple question and it took 4 different people to get an answer, and even then it wasn't correct. In the end the Post Master (I don't know her name) did whatever she could to get me to leave. She knew that I couldn't do it online but her parting words were "Try anyway, I'm interested in seeing if it works." Well it didn't, and you knew it wouldn't. Two days ago I put a package in the dropbox and it got stuck (the bin in the back was full). One of the new and inexperienced employees saw me and said "It's fine, don't worry about it." Well, it wasn't fine and someone has to worry about it since she wasn't doing anything to fix it. She said 8 times "Don't worry about it" which was not only unprofessional but patronizing. Finally I found someone else who fixed it but it took 15 minutes. This place needs MAJOR retraining and an experienced Post Master (or at least one willing to do her job). read more

I went to the self-service kiosk today to mail a couple of things and the postal worker was pulling people out of the line and making them use the self service kiosk, so then I had to wait in line to mail my stuff. Delivery of a certified letter showed postal carrier on porch for less than 3 seconds on video. No doorbell ring, no knock on main door quick tap on outer glass door (which makes no sound in the house) and left. Called and spoke to manager who said will talk to carrier and deliver tomorrow. 3 business days it's still not received so I call back and asked to speak to manager-this time its a different manager- and stated unhappy with service and why. Was told can't ring doorbell due to covid and carrier was in truck waiting to see if I'd come to door. Baloney, got driveway on video too. Then said will have carrier open door and knock on main door. REALLY can't ring a doorbell but will use door handle? Very dissatisfied with the USPS Loganville post office. Informed Delivery shows my mail items which never arrived, they have no accountability for lost mail which included checks, the same week my neighbors mail was found in my grass near my mailbox. The lack of staffing for mail carriers is the explanation and sorry apology given. Still no resolution one week later and had to pay fees to get checks stopped. Don't waste time calling Consumer Affairs because they have no solutions to fix the issues at this post office. read more
