The customer service at this Post Office is absolutely horrible. The workers are not welcoming at all. Make one small mistake and they're all looking at each other and mean mugging customers instead of simply helping. What made it even worse is that they were older women -- you would think they'd be more understanding and grateful to have a job working with the public. If you don't want to deal with people, then maybe find a job where you don't have to interact with customers. It's sad that you have to mentally prepare yourself just to walk in there because you never know what kind of attitude or look you're going to get. read more

Came in today to purchase envelops and was met with a long line, one employee working the counter. About 15 minutes after waiting, Paula came from the back and asked if someone is picking up a package or if someone wants to use the kiosk. Kiosk? Didn't know there was such a thing here. So I got her attention and told her I'm just trying to purchase envelopes. Paula came out from the back, and I followed her to the kiosk and she checked me out. Easy Peezy! Today I went to send off packages for my small business at the post office that I just opened a P.O. Box with and it was the worst experience I've ever had ! I had 4 bubble mailer envelopes and 4 boxes , as I approached the counter with my four envelopes , I told her I'd like to scan these so that I could reduce a receipt . As I went to grab the 4 boxes from the counter , she said "all of those " ? I replied and said yes and that's when she asked if I saw the kiosk ! I was confused because the lobby was empty and I told her yes I use it after hours and I wasn't aware that it was a problem that I had them scanned at the counter during business hours . She then attempted to pretend that she was mentioning it as courtesy when the reality is that she is lazy and disrespectful and if she doesn't want her job , she should quit ! read more

This is location has to be the worst post office in my area,90% of the time the line is out the door. their clerks are very slow and rude. you know i could see if you were rude and fast about job,but nope smh. its dice roll ever time i come up here,if i'll get out in 10 or 15 mins and not 30 mins plus for dropping off a package. i've never went out my way to write a review before,but thier service is so bad!!! today i came out here about a packe thats been in transit for over month an they still couldnt help me smh. i literally gotta drive out my way too 1785 E Park Place Blvd to get some good service. read more

Came in ready to mail my packages, this is my first experience in this particular one, as soon as I walk in there's a line all the way to the door even though there are three employees working up front. A lady than comes to me to hop on one of the machines needed to create a label. She lays a box on the machine trying to measure it, she than starts to put an estimated guess of the measurements. They don't even deserve a single star. The staff inside the post office greet everyone with the meanest frown, so I dread going there to mail my international packages and always go to another post office. One of their carriers misdelivered my package the other day and put it in the system that it was delivered at my address. When I came to the post office to investigate, they were mocking me and telling me "it's no big deal and it happens all the time". Turned out, my package laid in another person's mailbox for 3 days until another carrier figured out it was at a wrong address and put it in my mailbox. There was a package of mine that was supposedly delivered. The mail person put my things and the key to get into the parcel In someone's else's mailbox. On top of it they don't answer the phone. This location needs to be shut down immediately this is ridiculous they were being negligent with my items. They basically are allowing someone to steel my items that I brought. Went in to locate my po box number and to find out where my mail they were holding due to the mailman refused to leave it in the mailbox. Clerk claim she couldnt find pobox no. and i need a hold card. Tried to explain to her just moved there and picked up my mail there before and not once did anyone tell me to fill out a hold card. She brushed me aside and said somebody else will help me. my time sensitive mail was returned to sender. The manager Tom intentionally disregarded the United States Postal Service regulations. He advised the procedures don't have to be documented and he has the right to make to make changes at will. My tip is to use the automated postal machine to the left upon entering. You can buy stamps and mail any package from that automated machine and thereby avoid the line and dealing with people. read more

Terrible service, had purchased something online and I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! Tommy their supervisor was no help when all I cared about where my package was. Has a package of $250 shoes that I sent from that location. After three days no info. I wait for a supervisor and ask where it is. She tells me that after three days it would have been scanned if I had dropped it off. She then goes to the back and returns a few minutes later. She says no information exists. On the way home the item shows delivered in Wisconsin. On another visit I get yelled at for placing items on the counter because the chute is blocked. She tells me to wait for it to be unblocked. The next week iI go to the counter because the chute is blocked and inform them. They tell me to just put it on the counter. I ship every day with all carriers. The service at this particular office is the worst by far. It should be addressed because it is really only a couple of workers that are ruining the experience for the public and all of their coworkers. read more

This particular post office always delay my package and try to comfort me with their inaccurate/unreliable online tracking system. My package for my motorcycle taillights shipped from Florida within 1 day and they received it at the Atlanta GA, distribution facility it's been their for 3 days. They are telling me I'm going to get the service I paid for, WOW that's amazing so when you can improve service for your clients rather let it seat because the estimated delivery date is 5 days. I'm 100% sure it's at this Local Postal Office they don't want to bother looking for it or scan it which will notify me to either come pick up or deliver it a day early. You guys are great!!! Can i give lower than a one , first off our regular carrier is beyond Great but the others i think not one week just before the holidays i ordered a fishing pole off the internet so when it didn't come with the regular mail i though well maybe the next day but on the web site about midnight it said it had been delivered and sure enough right next to the door bell there was my package thankfully not broke but the carrier not my regular didn't even ring the door bell. today 1-5-19 i received a book i ordered luckily the sender put it in a plastic envelope because the envelope was covered in spilled soda and sticky, inside the new book was bent- how do you bend a book ? yeah this could have occurred at another post office but if it was me working there at some point i would have wiped the package off and darn do my best not to bend someone property. yeah government :( read more

Waited in line the usual 20 minutes, got Sandra, had a small box and couple of extra postage envelopes to mail, plus wanted to purchase stamps. Asked to see Christmas stamps and was yelled at by her. I live in Snellville about 5 minutes away from this uncaring, rude,prejudice, no customer service. Our mail and packages are routinely delivered to the wrong address. I called regarding a package that was supposedly delivered according to the tracking information, but I didn't get the package. The postal worker who answered the phone rudely told me to hold, then put the phone down on the counter and walked away and never came back to the phone, My package was marked "delivered" when it was dropped off at someone else's home. We constantly get other people's mail in our mailbox and ours gets left all over the neighborhood.
