Every time I've ordered something from overseas and comes through Bloomington Illinois Postal Service and this is the second order that I've made and it just sits there it's been sitting there since 18 July I don't believe they even try to ship it out. I believe they're keeping the goods for themselves and saying it's lost they can't find it that's what I believe. This is the second time it's happened and then I have to request a refund from the seller. I'm not sure what the problem can be. I do inform delivery there is a tracking number for the United States postal service and every time I check, it's just still sitting in Bloomington Illinois 60108 area. This is ridiculous. I had not seen a bike rack and can't afford to have my bike stolen, that's why I kept it with me. I asked her if there was a place to secure my bike, she said no. There was zero issue with me having my bike, it wasn't dirtying the floor or hitting anything or anyone, it's also pretty small. I was denied services for having a bike which seems pretty ridiculous when there's no place to secure it outside. Feels classist. Based on the reviews you guys can't afford to turn away customers, especially over someone's perceived class status.

I really have to mention her because she is one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. There is something about her that is so soothing. I'm almost sure it's her voice. She is not needlessly bubbly-- just genuinely a good soul. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with students (sending snail mail is this campus' most arcane field). I have never once detected a note of irritation in her voice. She answers any all questions clearly. And she makes sure that the office is running without chaos. I'm contemplating sending needless mail because she always brightens my day. I always wonder about her friends and family because they are some lucky folk to have her in their lives. Definitely go here over the post office on Green. That one's nice too, but this in a different league.
