With two toddlers in tow and a package that desperately needed mailing that day, I was frustrated to find that I ended up there the one hour they were closed. However, the employee on duty let us in anyway and mailed my package and even gave my kids bubbles as parting gifts! We spent an hour in the parking lot blowing bubbles in the wind. After having such wretched experiences in Lynnwood and Belltown, we were apprehensive about a new post office and how their quirks would affect our mail delivery. However, we have been quite pleased with this local post office. They have been communicative regarding parcel delivery and pick up, and they are super helpful if you need to go inside. I will note, though, that the inside of the building is quite small. The counter can only accommodate one customer at a time, and they do not have the standard selection of mailers and cards that can be found at other post office locations. Keeping those realities in mind, I would not trade this location! They have wonderful employees and really focus on customer service.

As far as a USPS goes, this is as good as it gets, friendly (as time permits these are very busy…read morepeople you know) helpful and will pick up packages at your doorstep with less than one days notice if at all possible if you just give them a phone call, will help you get the lowest shipping prices possible, and there are always some nice nature photographs to look at in the office, Kudos to a well run friendly post office, the lines are not that bad either compared to other post offices. I go out of my way to do business with "this" post office if I can.

His car was paid off so they ended up totaling it and he's now navigating the process of paperwork. He was unsure how to fill out his paperwork, and I guess brought the papers into the notary blank. She very kindly helped him through the process of filling out the paperwork, getting it notarized and getting it mailed off. I appreciate her kindness immensely and wanted to make sure it was acknowledged. My dads words: "Everything went well... The person was very nice and experienced... Explained everything and helped me fill out papers... The lady helping me was the Notary and knew all about what I had to do... She even knew how the mailing label was supposed to work... I was happy with the service..." So if anyone is looking for a notary on island this sounds like the lady you want to have helping you!

This is a typical post office, nothing out of the ordinary. You wait in line to do your business,…read moreand you hope that you get somebody servicing you that cares about your time and effort to pick up your mail. Or send something out. I've seen a lot of turnover on the customer facing side of the business. Most have provided quality service. Long-term employees, like Wade and others, have been constantly helpful over the years. What I don't like is that they don't have a service to deliver the larger packages at your home. They don't even attempt, and all they do is leave a slip saying they tried to deliver. And then I have to go to the post office to pick up the packages. I wish that companies like Amazon, Walmart, and others that deliver would not go through the post office but just us UPS all the time instead. It's especially hard to have packages. Go to the post office on a Friday, and I can't get to pick them up until the following Monday because it shortens the life of perishable item. I appreciated that one time I needed help getting a large box to my car, and Wade carried it out for me. It gets a three because it's a post office. I don't use the post office very often because I fully live in our digital world and never need stamps, which, by the way, are ridiculously expensive now.
