The service is great. The employees care about the work they do and do it well, always with a smile. I went to the other place in town, a franchise model, to get a passport picture taken. It was aweful. I threw those pictures away and went to Mail Plus to have them do the pictures instead. They could not have been nicer. They had the right equipment and kept taking pictures and showing them to me until there was one I liked, and we used that one. I was in the store one time where they offered to drive one of their elderly customers home because she just had a medical procedure and was a little unsteady. They are wonderful!

In multiple instances both my wife and I have experienced this large man humiliate us for asking for help. When I politely told him we felt humiliated, his response was "good." Unbelievable. The other employees are reasonable and kind, though even they have given me the wrong package a couple times. In short, use this store carefully if you must, but avoid it if you can.

His car was paid off so they ended up totaling it and he's now navigating the process of paperwork. He was unsure how to fill out his paperwork, and I guess brought the papers into the notary blank. She very kindly helped him through the process of filling out the paperwork, getting it notarized and getting it mailed off. I appreciate her kindness immensely and wanted to make sure it was acknowledged. My dads words: "Everything went well... The person was very nice and experienced... Explained everything and helped me fill out papers... The lady helping me was the Notary and knew all about what I had to do... She even knew how the mailing label was supposed to work... I had a package shipping to the UPS store across the street from the post office. The address was…read morechecked, checked, and checked again after being told it was undeliverable due to a wrong address. I am employed, so I had to call the 1-800 number. After waiting for an hour, the woman on the line told me that the address on the label was correct, and there was no reason except for USPS' incompetence that the package should have been returned to sender. By the way, USPS don't hold packages for even 24 hours, so if they are too lazy to get out of their car and deliver a package, you have no recourse. (It's immediately diverted; the tracking number itself is quickly expunged.) They can simply lie and get away with it, vacuuming up public funds and cushy benefits, for work that would get them fired for incompetence anywhere else. USPS is nothing but a welfare program for idiotic black women who would be unemployable otherwise, and I hope the postal service is gutted, and they're all fired for their laziness, incompetence, and disrespect for customers and their packages.
