I called the 800 number again. I said they said you can go pick it up. I said what if she took it with her today it is gonna drop it off. We have no idea and you cannot communicate. We're at this that has to be signed or does this make any common sense? it is the worst Post Office we've ever dealt with. We've had so many issues when we lived on the West End. There was the worst Lady ever and now we live somewhere else and it's still terrible. Once in a while though, well, I've had to go in and it's slower than molasses there. In fact, if I have an errand to run at the post office, if I am able to, I avoid going to this location.
