I have reported this document falsification to the FDACS (Case #2601-01483) and the BBB. As a Veteran, I am disgusted by these deceptive tactics. I have the digital receipts to prove the timestamp fraud. Check your paperwork carefully before they leave! Update March 19th 2026 ​False Timeline: Manager Carey Smith told the BBB I was outside a 96-hour window . I have timestamped texts proving I reported damage 2 hours after they left. ​Billing Fraud: They billed me for a 13-minute drive as 47 minutes of labor (8:00 AM start for an 8:47 AM arrival). ​The Response: When confronted, the manager admitted they use 'estimated' weights for claims and told me to talk to the Government about their 'Fraudulent Process' ​I have already escalated this to the Florida Attorney General (MVAP) and FDACS.
