I usually go to the location off of Midlothian Turnpike. I have always received amazing service there. I will not be returning to that location or any other until I hear from someone in the corporate office. It took multiple calls to management and days to finally get some assistance on the issue. The managers seemed content to say, "I'll check on that and call you tomorrow." I waited 3 days (on two occasions) for a response that never came. I had a working deadline - which came and went - and lost work that I can not replicate. Shame on Staples. This is a cautionary tale. Be careful what you entrust to them. Regard for customer items seems very low. I will. not be using them again as a printing service.

My wife mails regularly at this store and the packages go out very quickly. My daughter has a mailbox in this store and has been using UPS for several years, very happily. The people who work in this store are friendly and effective. They know what they are doing and the mail we send there gets delivered quicker than from the USPS.

I will never step foot in Carytown Pack & Ship again. While the junior staff is fine, the manager, Stephanie Clark, is completely unhinged. I went in to pick up my business mail--something I've done for months--and was met with a screaming tantrum. She slammed her equipment on the counter and began yelling at me in front of a store full of people because she wanted me to use an app instead of just showing my ID. To make matters worse, she then refused to give me my mail--a criminal act (theft) and federal offense since it's U.S. mail. If you are a business owner, do not trust this place with your documents. The lack of self-control from management is startling and the "customer service" is non-existent. Avoid if you actually want your mail. Or even if you just expect a modicum of a normal experience.

I needed someone to deliver and pickup a few heavy-ish items for me on short notice and Richmond Express did just that. After giving them the details, they were at my door in less than two hours. Excellent, professional service and quick, same-day turnaround! The process was as simple as giving them the addresses and they handled the rest.
