I noticed 3 people behind the counter. John was busily taping boxes, while the other two were doing some kind of paper work. No one bothered acknowledging the line that was now 5 deep. The self service kiosk was not working. Finally after about 15 mins, John, one of the employees barked out, 'WHO IS NEXT. He never apologized for the wait. About 5 mins later, the lady then repeated the order and said, 'NEXT'. Again, she never apologized for the wait. I asked if they were short handed and why the wait. I never got a response. They should really take a lesson from UPS on how to treat customers. Stay away from this place if possible. They care very little about their customers.

We had to white out something's and write some things. She made black and white and then color copies to try to determine which worked best. I am genuinely pleased with the extra mile Jackie went. It's easy access as opposed to the Fed Ex location which is a nightmare to get into as far as location. However , from this day on I will suffer the traffic on goodman road rather than attempt to use this local business. I had all packages as well as the shipping labels printed. Every time I use this place the owner always puts extra tape on the package. Today , I didn't have tape and would have gladly paid for some but considering it's a shipping business and he ALWAYS puts tape on the other packages why not today ? Then he told me he doesn't make money shipping fed ex or ups . I'm not sure hat that mean since your shipping cost is well over the Fed Ex store. Well, I guess you should consider closing then because your sign says that you ship Fed Ex and UPS. Back to the purple promise and horrible goodman road traffic I go !
