So I'm going to tell you I booked the reservation on Priceline and was impressed on the price of it. I chose a Nissan Altima or similar. After I made the reservation I started looking at reviews and was immediately nervous. I made copies of my insurance card and made my friend bring a copy of his. I'd previously been to Orlando but with a friend who lived near Daytona so I was very well aware of the tolls out there, we were spending our whole trip in Daytona beach with the exception of flying in & out of Orlando & staying our last night out there for convenience. I chose this place also because they had a shuttle to & from the airport, which is so nice because driving around the Orlando airport can be extremely confusing and stressful if you're not familiar with it. When we arrived I did start to feel anxious because the shuttle did take quite a while. Finally I called to ask for an eta on the shuttle and the woman on the phone said 9 minutes away. So the shuttle driver did arrive and was super helpful with getting our luggage on the shuttle and we arrived safe and smooth to the rental office. And again the shuttle driver helped get our luggage off the van. The line actually moved pretty quickly and once my friend got his insurance uploaded it was very quick to get through that part. They offered the toll pass which to me seemed high- we were going to spend the week in Daytona as I said so I declined it, I feel like they do try to get them to push that. Also, it's 2025 my iPhone shows me the non toll routes to and from- if you're not in a hurry or rush to get anywhere don't buy it. There's like 1-2 tolls between Orlando and Daytona Beach. We put a $500 deposit on a credit card and we were given a Dodge Charger. It was a little difficult to get our luggage into it but we pieced it together. We didn't have any issues with the car and it actually got pretty good gas mileage. When we returned it we just pulled right in, left the keys on the dash and got our luggage out. The car was quickly checked back in and I quickly got an invoice with a 0 balance. Soon after the shuttle arrived and the driver again helped us with our luggage. He got us safely to the airport and dropped us off- again helped with luggage. Where he dropped us though you have to go up to the 3rd floor to go to the check-in counters & TSA. This was actually a great experience. I'd definitely use them again. read more

We waited 45 minutes at the airport (they claim their shuttle comes every 20 minutes). Finally got onto the shuttle, not everyone who had been waiting even got to make it on. The location is 20 minutes from the airport. Finally made it there, they'd cancelled our reservation with NO email, text, etc hours before. Two other families that arrived on the shuttle with us also found out their reservations had been canceled. We figured it must be a blessing in disguise- we grabbed an uber that we only had to wait a few minutes for and headed back to the airport to rent from a more reputable company. read more

Everything! I had 2 reservations, back to back. The first one gave me a van with a cracked windshield. Four vans later, and the fourth van has 3 things that need servicing but no one to service. I come to pick up the second reservation, and they don't have the vehicle ready or available. He tells me I can have 1 of 3 vehicles that are left but need to pay the difference. Customer service is horrible! Vehicles were dirty with items left by previous customers. He said vehicles are employee owned which means they have no pride or care in what they're putting out. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money and do NOT use them! It's not worth it. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. From no shuttle service, wet car seat,marijuana smelling car, no working windshield wipers, and front bumper sticking out. Not only was it not safe but the service was terrible as well. Don't book if you have small kids or they'll be riding in a toy car seat. Also all the additional fees without telling you about them. I would rate this a zero if I could, considering they literally gave us NOTHING. It was late at night and we arrived here after hours of traveling and prepaying for the car. To our surprise, they had no rental cars available here when we came. There were many other groups of people here and were all told the same problem. This should not happen. Ever. HORRIBLE!!! Was charged $450 cleaning fee for trash being left in the car. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CLEAN A CAR I RENTED!!! Thats the price of a FULL DETAIL!! There is no reason for that absurd charge. They don't care and never told me I had to clean it. Even when I asked upon returning. No one was around and I had to ask the girl upfront what todo. She said just leave the keys inside and youre good. Cocaroaches inside the vehicle interior. Saw 3. Interior lights wouldn't turn off. Cancelled my original reservation, had to get a new one the next day. AWFUL!! JUST AWFUL!!! With what they charged for cleaning I could have rented a 12 pass van with Enterprise. I would never rent from u save car rental again. We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, the shuttle driver drove very aggressive with a car full of people and a baby. When we arrived to pick up our car, there was only one person working at the counter. The people who picked up their car before us needed a different car seat so the person at the counter disappeared for a while. When she finally came back I told her I needed a car seat as well and it needed to be rear facing. When she grabbed our car, the car seat was not installed and it was so old and janky. Turns out it was a front facing car seat and did not install safely in our car so we had to go buy a new car seat. We also accidentally left our stroller there. When we called the next day, the person didn't know what we were talking about and we left our number so they could call back to let us know and they never called back. So we thought no one turned it in. I ended up dropping the car off early and when I asked about the stroller, it was there the whole time after we already bought a new one of those too. I was quoted $415.00 for a weekly rental in Orlando FL. I booked the vehicle 2 months in advance. I was called 29 hours prior to my arrival and told that my rental fee is $898.00 for the week. There's a mandatory insurance fee of $69.00 per day. I said that not acceptable cancel my booking. They said no, (Company Policy). I had to contact Expedia and my bank to dispute the charge. The manager Robert of U-Save and the customer service rep I spoke to on site are worthless. Very poor at their jobs. They are just doing to bidding for a scam organization. I rarely post comments on businesses as sometimes circumstances just happen. That's not the case with these folks. They made sure they contacted me so close to my pickup date that I couldn't cancel through Expedia. Classic bait and switch organization. BTW I asked for the name of the owner of the franchise and was told to Google it. This organization is rotten from the top down. read more

DANGER - Waited 40 minutes at the Orlando airport for a van to take us to the U-Save office. When a van did arrive it was full and we were told to wait for another. We took the second van to the office which after it stopped at another Terminal took an additional 25 minutes of drive time. waited ten minutes for someone to show up at the desk at their office. The counter-person looked up our reservation and told us our reservation had been cancelled because we were late. No I'm not making this up. when asked what could be done the representative said we could try another rental company or they would take us back tot the airport. Horrible... read more

Don't use this company for car rental especially if you're booking through priceline or Expedia. You will end up paying atleast double what you booked at. These guys are true scammers. We booked online for a transit van during our stay at $430. We did a deposit of $144 with $286 due at pickup. Ended up having to pay $777 there to pick the vehicle up. They prey on people that are hundreds or thousands of miles from home. On top of that they are trying to charge me $215 for $7 worth of tolls. I am currently fighting that with my credit card company. 1 star is way to generous for these crooks. read more

He stated that there were no vans available to rent, and we should have called and not trusted our confirmation email. Manager was not understanding and rude.
