Scammer that don't rent from this company... flexways rental in Orlando is a scam... comes up as Zezgo on your credit card once it's charged not a transparent company at all hidden fees large deposits we're talking about 1000 or $2000 deposit toll-free are ridiculous. Read the fine print they give you a price when you come up to the front desk or return the card, they'll charge you a different price keep keep in mind. I had a package purchased through booking.com and when I called they weren't aware of all these hidden charges. They couldn't get a hold of them. Had to send them an email and up to this day. They haven't responded to them. Everything was paid. I have full coverage of my insurance, but yet they have no use mandatory fee that they have to charge you which is ridiculous straight up con artist, unethical company read more

We have rented a van from here for six passengers it was a 12 passenger van we got there went to the agent at the counter the girl spoke to us told us that they had no Vans for us and there's nothing they they could do maybe check the rental car up the street from them were there we got dropped off by the shuttle and that's what they give us and charged our credit card back in January this place is a joke I would not rent a car from here if it was the only place in Orlando to rent from please read this post and go somewhere else you will be very disappointed. read more

Let me give you some background, i flew into orlando airport however i was flying out of a different location. I am not big on credit cards so I was going to use my debt card, which enterprise allows... When I called enterprise, they said no problem whatsoever. Just make a reservation with our mccoy rd location, you can use your debt card and return to a different location. This location has lower rates than the airport, so we thought it would be a win win. Arriving at orlando airport we met our uber driver ($45) to go just the few mile trek to mccoy rd. As we entered we were almost immediately shot down as they do not accept debt cards at their location because they are a "local branch". After that we were pretty much shut down and it was left to us to come up with a solution. Not great customer service. Luckily we finally found a solution, we were then told because we just flew into orlando there would be an extra charge on top of the originally quoted price. I cannot remember the exact figure but upwards of $100. Nice. All i need to say is please talk to someone above you guys to NEVER direct a customer back to your branch with these circumstances. Rented a car from them on expedia for the week in Orlando for just over three hundred. Got the insurance and was told that was the out the door price. Got to the rental shop and ended up paying over a thousand more. With a down payment and all other fees. So in reality I paid over 1400 for a car I thought was going to be 300. This was an review I started 2 years ago and forgot to post. But I thought it worth sharing. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the entire staff at this Enterprise was. My son and I got in an accident 2hrs into a 13 hr drive while bring to College (OleMiss) We had no choice but to have the car towed to a shop in Orlando, rent a car and continue on so he would make it to school. I received a BUG INFESTED Vehicle. We got a BUG INFESTED VAN, hundreds of ROACHES crawling out of the carpets in a van with an infant and a baby. We picked up the van and went to get something to eat then grocery shopping. The roaches were hiding in the edges around the seats and under the carpets. I captured some of it on video. All our suitcase and grocery were in that van, we ended up throwing away over $400 in grocery. I talked to Enterprise and they had me go to a different location to get a new van; this took a day off our vacation time. I had talk to Enterprise Days before and asked them to make sure a Van is ready but when I got there, I had to wait for one to be cleaned. There was no wait, our agent was understanding, sympathetic, and accommodating. No extra hidden fees, and they pre-warned us about the 30% tax. We were in, out, and in our rental in 7-10 minutes. They allowed us to chose our own car from the lot which was new, clean, and the tank full. Don't waste your time with money-saver rental companies. Go with these guys. DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AT ORLANDO AIRPORT!!! I rented from them this summer (2021) for a week. I walked around the car to make sure there were no scratches or dents. It looked great. A few weeks after I returned it, I was sent a bill (including pictures) for $3300 for damage to the under body. I didn't cause that damage. It had to have come from a previous driver and the shop failed to check under the car. By the way, no renter is expected to lay down on the ground and check under the car so how was I supposed to flag that at the time of renting. Enterprise and I have gone round and round but I'm not paying for something I didn't do so now they're threatening collection. I'll pay an attorney to sue them before I pay one dime for those damages. read more

I go there and they tell me we don't have this size available and try to up sell me with double the rate. Good prices compared to the airport, but the service was very slow. It took about a 1/2 hour to get my car, and I was the only customer in line when I arrived. The agent who helped me answered the phone 3-4 times while entering the info for my car (about 15 mins). He, himself, then took the car to get washed (about another 15 mins). While I was waiting, the other agents handled multiple complaints. Something is wrong with the customer service and/or the management, because this place is inefficient and seems to be handling a lot of complaints. I know how it goes so locations like this... If you arrive at a busy time or when a customer is bitching or when there aren't enough inspectors, the line can be over 30 minutes long. I acknowledge I may have just had lucky timing - 3 employees at the desk and no line. Instant service. I assume the inventory is low at this location - I wanted an economy car and got a Jeep. After spending 16 hours in the Jeep over 2 days, I want an economy car even more. I returned the vehicle on Sunday, when they were CLOSED. I was concerned that my key drop would not have registered until an additional billing day. But one of the staff called me on Monday and informed me they had checked in the vehicle and everything was okay. This location is perfect for me because I live right near the airport but don't want to pay airport prices. If you're coming in to MCO, the difference between locations might not justify the Uber ride (Uber pickups at MCO have an extra surcharge, and I only saved about $6 based on the quote I got from this location). read more

I rent cars often and have never had a problem with any of the rental agencies. Beware of this Enterprise car rental location. The manager is out to milk you out of as much money as he can. Unbeknownst to me, there was a small scratch noted on the car when I returned it (I have no idea how it got there) It couldn't have cost more than $100 to buff it out. Yet, he threatened to make a claim on my insurance and insisted on charging my credit card a $500 deductible. TOTALLY unreasonable ! I offered to run the car over to my body shop and have them repair it, yet this rip off refused to let me do that (even though I returned the car 6 hours early and had time to do it) I will never return to this facility and I would not recommend that any one else go there. read more

Last month, we went to Enterprise after two more-than-terrible attempts to pick up our rental from ACE car rental in Orlando. We told the two folks working our story, and they were super friendly and helpful. We received a call about a week later from the associate who rented us our vehicle, and he gave us a partial refund of our rental cost because he felt so bad about our experience with the other company. In short, we had an amazing experience, and it was totally worth the $8 uber ride to and from the airport to rent from the Hoffner Avenue location rather than the airport location. This is my second time here in two weeks. The first time it took me an hour and a half to get served because it was 5:00 and they had one poor girl working. Today I come in and there are 2. But there are still a million people. I imagine I will be here for another hour and a half. I understand that it's 5:00 on a weekday, so of course it will be busy but WHY wouldn't they have more people working at what is probably the busiest part of their day? The people working are friendly enough, though I pity them for having to work here. There are brochures for things around orlando that have deals in them, so you can look through those to entertain yourself for your long stay at Enterprise. I can't review what it is like to drop off a car because I'm able to drop it off with the collision shop and not have to worry about making a trip here. There is a drop box which many angry people threw their keys into the first time I was here. I give it two stars because the workers are relatively friendly, though they seem to hate their lives (understandably so) and because I dropped off the car (perfect condition, more gas than I left with, etc) and didn't have anyone check it over with me there and they didn't try pulling anything. So they were at least honest with me. read more

Not the best experience. I've rented several cars from Enterprise in GA basically every month. Not once has a manager allowed me to sit a store for more than an hour trying to prove my residency. I asked him do you belIeve that I live at my address ? He said yes. However the documents were insufficient enough to send to his "Corp office". I would advise to have a manger with some back bone that can make management deCisions and not waste hours of customers time that are paying your paycheCk! You ultimately gave me the car. On top of the fact that the employees there were not professional. Didn't know answers to simple questions to customers but shouting into someone else conversation that did not involve you. They clearly had no respect for this manager probably again cause he doesn't have the back bone and they didn't have respect to stay out of an already upsetting situation. And you want me to feel ok leaving my paystub w you that has address and confidential info on it with these kind of people and feel ok? Enterprise was onky chosen due to a discount through my employer but trust me I've copied this review into the site to nOtify everyone not to waste their hard earned money at Enterprise. The managers at the GA offices were kids maybe in their 20s and their confidence way exceeded this managers at the Hoffner location in Orlando, FL. I always chose Enterprise in the past. A rental location that is a bit out of the way on Hoffner, a few miles from the airport. It is co located at a body shop/repair place for the Airport Chevrolet dealership. We are locals and they rented a ROACH INFESTED CAR to my daughter! This is the most horrible experience EVER!! We are professional people! Who does this!!! I bought some dinner went to an event came out roaches were everywhere!!! On the dashboard!! Then I put the container and a grocery bag in the back cleaning out the front. The car was nice but the service with questionable. I signed up for the airport gas so i didn't have to bother with filling the car up upon my return. I did not sign up for the toll pass. I took my chances. I got a $199 bill for the airport gas. They said i did not sign up for it. I called and emailed corporate and was basically told "oh well, to bad for you" If you go there and i would suggest not to, make sure that they don't make a mistake on the original contract. Well, to start with they were half an hour late picking me up and that was only because I had called at the pick up time to remind them again that I needed to be picked up. It clearly said in the paperwork that I should contact them 24 hours or less before pick up, so I did. I contacted them twice actually. Once a week before pick up and then again the day before pick up. This pushed my entire trip back a day because they were unorganized. Once arriving there the representative tried to down grade me into a compact car when I reserved an intermediate valued car. As they were close to closing at this point I am sure they just didn't want to clean out the car and take care of everything properly. After waiting the car was finally "ready." Unfortunately, the lights in the parking lot are non-existent except for one. It is impossible to see any damage to the car after sunset with such little source of light. I had to insist that I not be held liable for pre-exiting damage as now there was no way for me to see if there was any damage to the vehicle. Also, upon receiving the car there was still trash left in it as well as hard water build up all over the rear windshield making it hard to see. On top of all of that, when returning the car I did notice as well that another customer had left their rental in the parking lot for over night return and it was left on a jack with tires stolen. The representative did make the comment that because the tires were stolen while it was in the "customer's possession" that they would be liable for any damage and loss against the car... Thank God I didn't leave my vehicle over night. I will say that the experience with the staff overall was pleasant. They were all very accommodating save for a few comments. They were sweet enough to come pick me up, so for that I am happy. There were no substantial issues with the car for the duration of my trip. It served it's purpose which ultimately is what I needed. I really just wish I hadn't run into this many problems with something that should have run smoothly with no issues. read more
