The 90 massage with Alex was amazing! I didn't realize how many knots I had in my shoulder and back, and how tight my body was. His goal was to make sure I left feeling rejuvenated and repaired. I left feeling relaxed and tension free. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean. The cost was $80 which is affordable compared to the massage therapy at the hotels. I was taken care of by Sandy. Overall, probably the best massage I've ever had. Included back walk, deep tissue massage, hot stones. Constantly asked if pressure was ok. Even included some components of Thai massage with joint stretching, although I'm not an expert. Very clean and relaxing environment, relaxing background music and reasonable pricing. Great massage experience, my friend and I bought the couple's massage for fun. I'd just flown in from out of town and I had a tension headache. The massage was very relaxing but I do wish I had chosen just the hot stone massage so I could request focusing on my head, neck and shoulders but that's my own fault and does not affect the rating. The couple's massage included a foot soak and a back scrub, reminiscent of Korean body scrubs if you're familiar. They do stretch your legs... for romantic limberness maybe but it felt great. My massage therapist was an older gentleman so if you are shy or anything you may want to request a female. The front desk guy tonight was very friendly, we made an appt last minute and ran late to that appt and he was so friendly and understanding. I'm docking one star because the massage therapists wait in the lobby after you come out to see how much you tip/wait for their cash tip. After such a lovely experience it makes the whole thing uncomfortable and awkward. Please hand your clients an envelope for tip or wait until they leave if you want to know how well they tipped. read more

I am a regular recipient of massages and based on the 8 reviews, I had high expectations. Here are the bullets of why my experience was mediocre at best. - Arrived at 3:20p for our 3:30p couples 90 Hot Stone massage appointment and was told that they weren't properly staffed and would need to wait about 20 minutes. I said, "Ok. So 3:45p?" Receptionist said, "yes." I said, "We are going to get something to eat." As we walked to the Ethiopian restaurant next door (which is great BTW) the receptionist ran out the door after us and said, "If you're not back in time we cannot give you the massage." Uhhhh... ok. "No problem," I replied. We rush through our meal to get back by 3:45 to ensure we didn't miss our appointment and had to wait another 20 minutes to 4:05. - The water for the foot soak was tepid, The container for feet was small. I'm an average sized foot dude, and it was cramped for me. - The massage was supposed to be hot stones, which lasted about 5 minutes of the entire 90 minute experience. - The two massage therapists talked throughout the ENTIRE session. My wife said to me afterward, "Do you think if we spoke their language, that they would've been talking the entire time?" "No.... " I replied. - Technique was amateur at best. No regard for trying to sense what was going on with my body, just rubbing and then at exactly 90 minutes. Good bye. No bedside manner. - Then while waiting in the lobby for my wife, the therapist and receptionist started staring at me waiting for a tip. Nah..... Not today. Not for being 45 minutes late, not for the poor service, not for the abrupt service. Perhaps my experience was the exception. Unfortunately, that's all I have to go off of. Prices are decent for the time. Laura did my massage and she was great . She was very thorough and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I made an apt earlier in the day . When I came in with my sister , which I had booked a couples massage , they made us wait about 35 minutes . We had asked for females masseuses. The guy at the counter didn't seem happy that we wouldn't change our mind to male masseuses . But I had communicated our preferences earlier when I booked . Then they split us in rooms instead of doing couples . Then I paid for both ours and tipped . He was very pushy with the tips . I paid 15 and 10 and told him I'm paid for my sister . That when she comes out , I'll be in the car . I don't like the pressure around tips from the guy at the counter . The guy who paid when I first walked in wanted to pay 10 in tips and the counter employee said minimum is 15 for tips . Really don't like that . Well when my sister Came out, he told her I had paid but that I didn't tip . I don't like the lies! So she tipped an additional 10 on top of mine . That's not cool! Don't deceive or push your clients . I would have given a 5 star review if the front office and counter guy wasn't so shady and a liar . Update - Manager refunded me the amount of them not doing the back scrub massage for my sister . And refunded her the tip she paid after I already paid . I'll change rating but it won't be 5 stars . Manager was friendly and nice , they came out to my car after I had posted my review . Wanted me to change it right away. All in all - the owner was friendly , the gal who did my massage was amazing as was my sisters lady. As I said - they would get 5 stars . We were looking for a spa experience off strip and found u spa on Groupon ( they will honor price without the Groupon) The people there were so friendly they accommodated 5 of us for a next day appointment at the same time. My wife and I were looking for a spa but didn't want to overspend. I found this Spa and from the reviews and pictures we decided to try it. First impressions we're that the inside is very clean and appropriately decorated for a calmi g experience. We decided to do a couple's message and was surprised to be led into another large room with several divided private couple's message tables. They had nice linens that were soft. We had a great 70 minute massage that was definitely relaxing. Overall we're glad we found a hidden gem in Vegas that's not too expensive with great service. read more

I bought a Groupon voucher for a 90 minute massage that I wanted to redeem. When I called about making the appointment and mentioned the voucher, they said I could pay in store and they would price match. But I had a coupon code and Groupon bucks, so I bought the voucher and came in for my appointment. Upon arrival, she told me because I bought the voucher, suddenly my service was "different" and now I would need to reschedule for at least a week later. She would not give me a straight answer as to how the appointment was different, so my best understanding is they rip off anyone who pays through Groupon. I would feel very wary using my credit card there, as I felt like they were being extremely shady, speaking about me not in English while I was standing there and not explaining how the service would be different when I clearly mentioned my voucher when booking and the only difference is getting my money directly and not through the third party app. If they give a lesser or "different" service for Groupon, they need to be more clear and upfront. However, I was clear when booking with my voucher, so something is just not adding up with this "spa". They also had lots of signage suggesting leaving $25 or more for a tip made for a good customer, which after already disliking the customer service I was receiving is frankly laughable. There are plenty of other spas in Vegas, so I would save your time and look elsewhere. Then the dude replies saying we were yelling and angry. And I checked, I am not the first person you tried to scam this way concerning Groupon. So no, I did not break a promise. I did not scream. And do not pretend you tried to fix this issue, because I tried and was told a walk in would be better than my money (and I was prepared to tip) and that's when I got annoyed and left. The Groupon voucher was not for a special service package. It only offered one of your massage packages at a discounted price. The only "difference" is you make a little less money. So the bait and switch you tried to pull is an unethical and greedy attempt at making more money in store. You clearly prefer to make money on your own, and customers looking to book with you deserve to know before choosing where to spend their money. I wanted a massage here. I chose this spa. My husband and I got a couples massage and took our adult niece with us as well. Friendly staff, they wore masks the whole time. All of us Got the 75 minute with sea salt and hot stone. Very thorough, the hot stones were not used very much. Only complaint would be the "essential oils" were very floral and a bit strong. Was hoping for more neutral smell. I found this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try since their price for the couples massage is the best around, they seemed to have good reviews, and their pictures looked good. And OMG this place is the best ! It's now my go to spa for massages. This place is a hidden gem. From the outside, it doesn't look like a place I would typically go to, as I am very selective when choosing establishments for stuff like this. But on the inside it is very nicely decorated, the staff is always great, and most importantly- it's very clean down to the bathrooms ! And the technique they use for massages - holy sh*t ! They literally walk on your back and work out every knot and kink and aren't afraid to use pressure. I always leave feeling like it should of costed more ! Highly recommend ! read more

This place was absolutely wonderful! What really got my attention were the low prices, especially the doubles one. Cost less than any other place I've been. We called at like 5 to make an appointment and they had availability that day for 6:45 which was perfect for us. After a long week of climbing, we were left with incredibly tight and sore muscles. Our masseuses were phenomenal at what they did and they were very friendly. My legs felt so much better afterwards!
