The check-in/out was done in the same building which was very convenient. The apartment was on the 4th floor and was huge by any standard, with separate bedroom, separate huge kitchen cum dining room, separate living room, separate bathroom, separate washing machine room, and a separate foyer. We hardly used the living room since we preferred to use the dinning table as a work area, planning our next day's itinerary. The apartment was clean and bright and had all the amenities. There were countless lights everywhere. The shower had good pressure and flow and the hot and cold water regulation was easy and efficient. One thing lacking though was the closet space in the bedroom. But we made do with the one in the foyer. The bed was firm and supportive to our liking, although Pillows were too soft. The apartment was serviced everyday although they changed the towels every two days. The bedroom was located away from the main road and was very quiet. In fact, the building location was in a quiet part of the town but was close enough to the major attractions in the old town area. On foot, 8 mins to old town square, 16 mins to Powder tower, 12 mins to Charle Bridge. There are several small and cosy restaurants nearby the apartments which remained open late till the nights. There are two mini-markets nearby which provided all our basic breakfast needs. The apartment provided complimentary coffee capsules (expresso machine provided), sugar and tea bags of various favors. All in all we had a very satisfying stay in the apartment. We shall definitely stay in this apartment again on our next visit.

We choose vacation rental apartments, and have stayed in them across the USA and in 4 other countries. PCA is the best group of people we have ever worked with, hands down!. They rent quite a few places in Prague, so email them with what you are looking for( how many will sleep there, balcony, extra quiet area, location, etc),and they will find you the perfect spot. Residence Masna was a block from Old Town Square(best place to stay, for us, close to everything), yet on a quiet street, and close to many of the small restaurants, bars and stores, found in this area. It is a 5 minute walk from a great market for souveniers, fruit and more, and less than 10 minutes' walk to the subway station and the grocery store, drug store, and mall that is located there, too. The apartment was spacious, so clean and very comfortable. Wifi was included in the great price, and also daily maid servicem which we have never had, at a vacation rental of this kind. It is safe and secure, and on the inner courtyard. We could open our windows in the morning, and enjoy fresh air ,as we had our coffee and breakfast. With a full kitchen, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and oven, it was so easy to have a snack, or glass of wine, at night, too. The building is 17th Century, but has been totally refurbished, yet they kept so much of the original charm. Loved the hardwood floors, marble bathroom and great shower, and even had a washing machine. Beds were comfortable, with quality, cozy bedding. I would suggest using their airport transfers, as the drivers were waiting for us with a sign, after Immigrations at the airport; the cars were large and clean, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The cost was about $17.00. When we arrived, the driver took us to the PCA office, which is in Josefov, waited for us, and then a PCA staff member came to the rental With us, to show us around. 110% customer service!! A few days later, we walked the 7 minutes to the office, to print our boarding passes. Communication with PCA is beyond rapid, and I never waited long for a reply, even though there is a 7 hour time difference, in the States. Every staff member we met, everyone I emailed with, was ready to help me with anything; nothing too large or small; they will do their best! Amazing staff, immaculate properties, and comfort makes your stay in this beautiful city even better. Book Now!!

Lol Beds: the bed are soft and well maintained. The sofa bed is huge too. Bathroom: it is clean and bigger than the usual. It was taped as "sanitized" so they really clean well. Kitchen: there is a kitchen!! Yes haha you can cook and eat in the dining area. You will feel at home! Service: they were kind. They offer tours too if you want to inquire. That said, The Royal Court Apartments' staff were also my first impression of the Czech people. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Asya at the front desk was so helpful in getting us settled into our room and continued through out our stay to be a wealth of information about tours, things to see, and recommendations for anything. Our room was gorgeous! Not only was it visually appealing, but the room had AC and lots of little amenities. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and did a great job making our room look fresh after a long day of sightseeing Prague. This place has serious value from this traveler's perspective. I strongly recommend the RCAs. Thank you Royal Court Apartments for taking great care of us, representing your country well, and adding to our experience to Prague. Eric:)

Situated directly across from Mosaic House (and under the same management) Moo excels in all the details. First off, the host with the most, Eric -- what a gem. If you looked up "genuine hospitality" I'm sure his name might appear. He is well presented, very friendly, communicative and wants to make your stay feel right at home. He surely does this. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. Recently remodeled and brightly shining, the apartment I stayed in was stylish, comfortable, roomy (a living room! A real kitchen! dishes!) and flawlessly cleaned. There was a big huge swish bed that I sunk into each night wishing I could spend more and more hours in it. The shower is hot and the water pressure great. The building is beautiful. The location is grand, a short distance to all the sites but tucked inside a little alcove that keeps the noise at bay. There's a bakery in the ground floor, a corner shop a few meters away and all the sites of Prague at your fingertips/footsteps. At 90 euros a night, this is easily the best valued room I've stayed at in quite some time. I enjoyed every moment and couldn't have asked for anything more. Quirky, fun, enjoyable and lovely. If you are planning a trip, don't hesitate to book!

Perks, the terrace views are amazing. There is also a public terrace for rooms without terraces that has great views of the square and prague castle (the largest castle in the world). The front desk attendant who is just that was very personable and had was happy to give us suggestions, but he was no concierge. I would say that was the only negative point that this is not a full service hotel. No room service, No valet parking, the lobby is manned from 6 AM to 10PM. But have no fear, you can get fried cheese, sausages, and beer from the stand that is right outside the hotel lobby. The hotel is also just a few minutes to the Mustek underground station where you could get to anywhere in Prague from or you could walk right to Old Town Square or jump on a tram to the castle.

Personally we shaked our hands to confirm the business serious intention like in old times. But its had zero value for Mr. Bernard as you find out below. We started the morgtage process what takes a while. This agent pushes you from the beginning to sign up the reservation contract and deposit a reservation fee as soon as possible (on account of this real estate agency) which is common bad practise. So, be very cautios. Rather to keep your deposit at notary or the law office. From Neura s.r.o. real estate you get very disadvantageous and unbalanced one-sided purchase and reservation contract. They hope you sign it without reading and making your comments. Once you sign, you cant change that doc and you expose yourself to high fine. At the end of mortgage process we wanted our comments to be considered and implemented within the contract. Having no reply from real estaty for one week, they send us SMS that the owner of the property has prefered other buyer. Imagine that, you are before the final and they betray you in this way. Anyway, it was a good lesson for us. Cherry on the cake, Mr. Bernard has never missed an opportunity to remind us, that Neura s.r.o. real estate is established agency on the market for over 30 years. Yup, 30 years of dirty tricks on the clients deserves to be celebrated with glass of Champagne. Cheers! Happy anniversary!

It's housed in a 17th century home that spans several floors of rooms, offering all the old world charm you'd expect with lots of modern conveniences tossed in. The owner/operators and their staff are extremely friendly and exceedingly helpful. They arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport to relieve the pressure of navigating cabs in a foreign language within minutes of arrival. Upon arrival, we were welcomed, checked in and escorted to our amazing room within minutes. The room featured two windows surrounded by vines and flowers that opened to overlook the square below and the German Embassy. The furniture was older, but extremely comfortable. The bathroom was refurbished with modern fixtures, including a nice glass shower and rain shower head. Breakfast each morning was an informal affair with the staff spending time with each guest. The offerings included cereals, pastries and other items on the table, as well as cooked-to-order eggs and breakfast meats. There was lots of coffee and juice as well. Overall, a wonderful breakfast option until we learned our way around. The staff helped with tour bookings, cabs, restaurant recommendations and reservations and even some cultural conversation over a glass of wine on a cold, rainy night. When we were ready to depart, they arranged for a car to take us to the train station and offered water and fruit for the trip. We can only categorize our stay at House at the Big Boot as wonderful and would recommend this hotel to anyone without reservations.
