The pump stopped working and did not give me any gas at all so I calmly went back inside and explained the situation I took a picture of the pump and everything and the first guy told me that he didn't know and that $10 wasn't that big of a deal and at least it wasn't $100 and that he didn't know what to do to help me and that I needed to go search the store and find the other guy to help me with the gift card because he didn't know what to do. They both could barely speak English and could not come up with a solution. I said well this is going to be a real problem then because I paid for it and I have my receipt. He just kept repeating that his machine said zero which I didn't know what that meant considering the transaction went through. They both were unhelpful and when I initially went to go find the other coworker he walked away from me as I was talking to him they are both extremely dismissive and downright rude. They pretty much refused to help me and I couldn't even figure out what they were telling me the whole time. I asked them if the money went back on the card and they were very unclear about it so I pretty much just spent money for no reason and yes it's $10 but that's still gas money at the end of the day especially considering how expensive it is. This is unacceptable the behavior was absolutely uncalled for. They should be fired. I would be embarrassed to have them as my employees. Oh and not to mention a couple months back I walked in because they were still open even though they had just gotten broken into and by the time I realized it was about to walk out of the store the owner or whoever it was rudely looked at me and said obviously we're not fucking open right now. To which I responded you don't have to be so rude I just realized it as you were about to make that rude comment.

I've never felt more cheated and screwed over in my life. I purchased a car directly from the Volvo…read moredealership and one week before the warranty expires I get warnings that my power steering is failing, he's warnings appear repeatedly. I am told by this Volvo Walnut Creek dealership that it's under warranty and I barely make it before it expires. It turns out I'm charged hundreds of dollars just to be told that lol. Your power steering is okay. You just need to change a small auxiliary battery. I ended up paying triple what I should have just to be told that the reason I was panicked was false, and they didn't actually fix the problem. This is insane. I'm being charged hundreds of dollars and left with the original problem just because there was no low battery indicator. The best part was I was repeatedly warned that I was probably going to throw away my money and actually not solve my problem. Good thing I was panicked about my car power steering failing so they could get this money out of my pocket. The reason I feel extremely cheated is because when I describe the problem on the phone, they literally told me it's probably just a small battery backup problem and not a power steering problem. They knew this was a trivial problem and still gave me the needlessly expensive diagnosis without any fix. These people are cheating you and telling you they're cheating you and banking on you having a busy, difficult life. Fantastic quality people right? I strongly urge you to fix your car at some other Volvo dealership for dealership work or simply just not come here.
