I use this place for many computer repairs. This time, we dropped a samsung s21+, and the screen cracked. The phone was repaired under the 2 hours promised. $250 was a bit pricey but convenient to getting it fixed quickly. I recommend this location to everyone I know. read more

Don't go here if you need your iPhone repaired, After an unsuccessful iPhone screen replacement attempt by them, I found out they lost some of the screws from my iPhon assembly: I left my iPhone there for screen replacement and when I came back I was told a story that my iPhone wouldn't accept the screen that the gentleman had tried to install. They weren't very straight forward about the facts but after a bit of discussion, I realized what they were really trying say (because after all, nobody wants to take responsibility for their mistakes) was that the screen that they were trying to install was defective and that a replacement would have to be ordered. I was told that when it comes in, I would be called which never happened. I wound up replacing the screen myself saving $100 over their price but found that 2 screws missing from when they took my phone apart and put it back together (bc their screen was defective) Luckily the phone still works fine. read more

While on vacation, my daughter dropped her iPhone 8 and cracked the screen....unfortunately there were no Apple stores nearby. However, we found this place and we were able to get the screen replaced very quickly. I found out after I arrived at the store that the price I was given on the phone was for an aftermarket screen that apparently some people have said the colors may be a little off, but most people don't notice it. Otherwise I could get an "OEM equivalent" screen for more money. Unfortunately I opted for the cheaper screen that I was quoted over the phone. Within a week's time, the screen had significant scratches...much worse than the screen it replaced which was well over a year old. ...and then the real kicker, my daughter had her phone in a small sling backpack and dropped it maybe a foot on a hard floor and about 1/4 of the screen shattered. Do yourself a favor, have Apple replace it with a genuine Apple screen. Pay the extra, it's well worth it compared to the third party junk. read more

Incompetent and unreliable. Technician came in December to fix my Samsung refrigerator. The same problem occurred again in April (four months later). I scheduled a follow up appointment which was confirmed through multiple texts and emails, for Saturday afternoon from 1:00 until 5:00. They never showed up. No phone call, no text, no resolution. No one at the company will return a call, to include the following Monday. It's Tuesday and I still don't have a refrigerator. If this company is your only option, go buy a new appliance. read more

Very disappointed with the service I received. Sent the computer home not fixed. Brought it back. Two weeks later I called, "We left you a message, do you want us to fix it?" I never got a message, a follow up call would have been nice. Yes, please fix it. I get it back without the charging cord. "We never take those". Personality of a piece of wallpaper and doesn't show ANY appreciation for customers in a time when so many people are out of jobs. I am on vacation in Ft Meyers, and of course I drop my phone and crack the screen. Even worse, my phone dies and won't turn back on. These guys were open on Labor Day, and fixed the screen and got my phone back on in less than two hours AND for less than I would have paid at the Apple Store. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, I've had about 4 phones and 2 devices repaired here. I've even put many of my clients and associates on to this store when they needed items repaired. until today..... I took my brand new Mac book to this store for screen damage. my bill was $585.74 (tax included) my repair time according to them would be 1week!!! After 2 weeks passed and I received absolutely no calls, I called. The person I spoke to basically told me my laptop wasn't ready. he said it MIGHT BE ready next week. I explained that i would appreciate some form of communication or updates because I literally have nothing to tell my clients who are also waiting on my services, the service that I cannot provide without said laptop. he apologized.... fast forward to ONE MONTH LATER and no calls or updates. I lost 5 of my new clients equivalent to about $7,051.38. They finally called and told me to come pick up my Macbook. for my inconvenience he offered to take off 30 damn dollars of the $585.74!!!! I couldn't believe it.. after I explain how much of a loss I took on because of the extent of time they neglected to inform me of, after telling me only 1 week, he proceeded to tell me that its a loss for him as well *shrugs shoulders* there was no empathy or responsibility taken at all, I honestly felt hurt by the whole situation I mean I really enjoyed doing business with this place and to be treated like that...The $30 was talked down to $53.25 which he seemed to reluctantly agree to WHICH IS STILL NOTHING!!! compared to my loss as a result of them. Boyfriend and I went to get his phone screen fixed. Overcharged for an "after market" screen which means it's not directly from a manufacturer. A couple weeks later he's scrolling through Facebook and a crack appears at the top right corner of the screen. Thought it wasn't a big deal, but it spidered and made the screen unusable within the month. We called twice and were told both times that the warranty would not cover the damage, even though it was never dropped and was kept safely in an otter box. Lost out on the money and the screen, had to go to Gadget Guys to get it fixed again. Go to Gadget Guys, they charge $99 for a MANUFACTURER screen (which UBreak tried to charge even more for...) and can do your repair in literally 15 minutes. The price for replacing my samsung screen was under 150 and only took a few hours since parts were on hand. A few weeks back I took my i-5 phone into this store and asked that a new battery be put in. Previously work had been done on this phone which should have resulted in a phone that was operational. I was charged for a new battery but I could tell from the fact that I neither had to re-log in to Bluetooth and/or WIFI that it was the same battery. I was in an auto accident and wound up with smoothie in the earpiece speaker on my iPhone 5c. I called these guys to find out the cost of replacing the speaker. Before he quoted me a price, he asked if I was able to hear at all. When I said I could he suggested they might be able to clean it. I dropped the phone off, ran a quick delivery, and when I got back I had full volume back in my earpiece speaker. i had absolutely no hope for my phone because it had looked like there was no possible way of fixing it... i didn't take pictures of it otherwise i would have attached them here... but i have an iPhone 7 plus, and the back of the phone was bent to where you could see the internal light from a side view, and my screen was COMPLETELY shattered to the point where the glass screen looked like it was going to come out. i was looking into buying a whole new phone because i was unsure if it could be revived. my phone wouldn't turn on, the screen was completely black and wouldn't charge. i brought it in and explained what was going on, the lovely associate had told me he would do a diagnostic test (free!) to make sure the screen was worth replacing. i had came midday so there was a waiting period and he had given an estimate of 2 hours for the test, plus time on top of that for the screen to be replaced which would be probably an hour. me and my dad were out running errands that day so i had given him my dads number for updates. long story short: it took less than an hour! and my phone looks brand spankin' new and i'm so thankful! so thank you guys! 100% recommend to anyone with a broken phone. plus they have a wide array of screen protectors and phone cases! read more

I brought my very expensive Asus laptop (not the kind from Best Buy) to these people with a hinge that was broken on one side. They stripped the screws on the back and clearly tried to pry the hinge up on the front with a screwdriver as they gouged the metal on the side and cracked the entire screen from the center at the bottom to 1 1/2 inches from the top. They then returned it to me unfixed and told me they couldn't get a new hinge. When I complained about the damage, the only response was, "Well, we're not charging you anything." I had to pay someone else over $300 to fix it and as I type this, I am looking through a crack in the screen. First, if your machine is under warranty - DO NOT bring to these people. They told me they are not certified by any computer manufacturer to fix their products. This was a simple repair and if they didn't know how to do it, they should have simply said so rather than damage my machine. Maybe they should change the name to ubreak I make it worse. read more
