Updated my software and lost my documents. The technician was condescending. I paid nearly $200 to lose my important documents!

STAY AWAY!!! These guys are a complete joke. They told me they would fix my Apple laptop. I dropped it off and they told me a few days later it was fixed. It wasn't then I had to go back with it. Took 3 times until I went to another place and said they didn't plug the keyboard back in. They claim to be authorized to work on Apple products which is straight up a lie. Have they been so, I wouldn't need to go to another place to learn the keyboard was not plugged in. Since I got it back from them it hasn't worked right since. The people there are clowns and the owner is a clown. Please shut the doors and quit ripping people off. read more

A real RIP off place. Charged an exorbitant amount to replace a screen on an expensive computer that he knew upfront could not be fixed. He's supposedly the "professional" repair person. Ha! Led us on. Had computer off n on for several weeks. Multiple trips for us. Scotch tape and foam pieces hanging out the end. Said he could Gorilla glue but would probably break screen, no guarantee. I bought a bunch of computer parts for my first gaming computer and I called computer heaven to ask if they would assemble it. They said it would be $100 plus $130 for Windows Software which I agreed to. They said it would take 2 days to build the computer. I dropped it off on December 31st, 2020 where they stated that they would be closed until January 5th which I said no problem, I will be on my honeymoon until the 9th. I called on January 11th when they were opened first thing and asked what the status was, they stated they would call me back (Front desk Lady). I contacted them at the end of the day and they told me I had a bad processor (This is not their fault in anyway) since I wanted this computer build I called AMD to submit my warranty. They told me I needed to know what version BIOs was on it. I called the shop on Tuesday where they told me they would call me right back with it. I called again on Wednesday and they told me what it was. Then I did not get the process back from AMD (Manufacturer) until January 27th. I had my mother drop it off on January 28th due to me being sick and wanted the part. She dropped it off near the end of the day. Assuming it would take the original 2 days to build it I called back near the end of the day on January 29th where I was told it would be finished tomorrow January 30th by the front desk lady. January 30th I called and she said he was out of town. I called on February 1st to ask if it was complete where the owner Brett got an attitude on the phone stating I had another part that was bad (The Motherboard) once again not his fault, this was an issue with compatibility. I told him I was coming to pick it up and send it back to amazon. I watched him take it apart and got it boxed up, where I immediately went to UPS and dropped it off. I had a new one come to me on the 5th of February where I tried to drop it off on Saturday but they were closed for weather. I dropped it off on Monday February 8th where Brett said he promises it will be done on Wednesday Feb 10th. I received a phone call from them this morning at 9:59AM stating that they realized the SSD (Hard drive that connects to motherboard which is a smaller piece) was left on the motherboard that was sent back to Amazon and said I needed to call them to get it back. I called Amazon who filed a report but told me it would be at least 4 weeks to try and get it back. I called back to the shop and talked to front desk lady to tell her this but also expressed the thought of them buying me a new one for $104.99 to install and I would give them the old one when it came back if it did. She said she would talk about it with Brett and get back to me. I called back at 11:36AM to ask what the outcome was and she said I would need to wait 4 weeks for the part and they would install it. I told them I would like to pick my computer up and stated that I did not want him to finish it due to issue after issue. I came into the store at 1:30PM and she told me that I owed $105 for the services but they took off the cost of the software (This is because they never installed it or had a change, the computer was never built enough) I asked if they would pay for the part that He left on the motherboard, she went into the back and asked him to explain it to me. He stated that it is my fault because I sent it back with it on. When the parts arrived to the store they were all in individual boxes and he installed every part. So I stated I am not the computer guy how would I know it was left on. He then stated it was my fault. He said I'm an idiot and I should have checked the motherboard to make sure all of the parts where there. I started to pay and listen to him complain. I told him that I was going to report his business to the BBB because as a customer I felt this was wrong. He started to raise his voice and say he was going to report me and that he should punch me in the face. I said please don't sir. He said get your shit and get out of my store. I inspected my parts and noticed there were some minor scratches on the computer tower. I expressed this and he said that it was dust which I have pictures there are scratches. He then said just get out of my store. Obviously I was frustrated as well because of the way I was treated. He then picked up a box of parts and dropped it on its side. When I tried to pick it up screws fell everywhere. In that box was an $1800 part that is extremely hard to come by. He then kept saying get out of my store you are the shittest customer I have ever had in my life. I told him that I was in the army for 8 years, deployed multiple times and have never been treated so badly by anyone. He then said congrats, thanks for your service but you are the shittest person I have ever met. He tried to rush me out of the store and I felt threatened but wanted to get my parts. I wanted to try to record it but was scared what he might do. I picked up my parts which were in the box, took the tower out to my car. read more

This is the worst IT company I have every experienced a relative of mine took 2 computers in to have then reformatted and have windows 7 reinstalled. Both computers came back with windows 7 installed with none of the software updates and security updates installed. Also they installed Panda Anti Virus on both computers. This Anti Virus is know to be one of the worst Anti Virus programs on the market. Due to this company incompetents and failure to provide standard IT procedures both computers were hacked and virus infected within 72hours of services rendered... Avoid this establishment at all cost. read more

The worst of the rip offs. Took my computer to them in Jan. Heard all kinds of stories until I got it back in April. Said it needed a special $400 video card that had to come from China. Finally got it back And could have bought a refurbished unit for $200 less than the $600 it cost for the repairs and it still doesn't work. Found out the video card on line cost $60 and a unit it just like the whole computer was $400. Had some work done by the father that started the biz and depended on the current biz being as honest as I was treated back when he ran it. Never felt so screwed and angry for not having used more diligence and depending on my previous experience for using there services now. I normally don't write reviews, but hopefully I can save a few people from being ripped off like I was. . read more

Wow!!! Amazing! Zach went out of his way to excellent care of me! The power port on my hp laptop broke, and I could not go a single day without my laptop. I needed it for work and my husband desperately needed it for a test that night. I had called many other computer repair shops, and either they didn't want to take the time for me without charging a big fee, or they didn't fix this type of problem, or they told me the only fix was a new laptop. I finally, thank goodness was referred to computer heaven, I was told that he would shoot me straight and did great work. Well that he did. He was honest with me and understood my predicament. He took the extra time to ensure he could help me, told me exactly what he needed to do, was upfront and very reasonable with the cost, and then worked hard to get it done that day. Computer Heaven is awesome! The absolute best. I took in my computer because I'd gotten a virus and was scared to do anything on it. Zach was able to clean it off completely, and even recommended better anti virus software than what I was using. The computer is faster than ever.
