The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly and stated he could get my phone in today and have it completed in about 40 mins. I even called back to ask if they could also put in a battery and he didn't sound annoyed by my extra questions! This is a family business, which I love. The shop is small but bright and clean and the wife serves as the receptionist. Their son, I believe has a drink fridge in the business which I think is adorable. Be sure to like them on Facebook and check-in to get your 10% discount. The price I was quoted over the phone was reflected on my receipt and that's always a breath of fresh air. The screen protector was $20 (yes, it's cheaper on Amazon) BUT you get a discount on future purchases. My only suggestion would be to inform customers about parts. As I stated, I requested a new battery-but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't know it wasn't being replaced with an Apple battery. My phone now says that my battery isn't supported and can't give analytics and I don't get low battery warnings anymore. That's definitely not a deal breaker, it would have just been nice to know.
