Initially gave them 1 star since I hadn't heard back from them in 7 days as promised and I wasn't able to get through to them at the numbers provided online or the mall mgmt number. But once I got through to them they explained delay and my tablet was ready the following day for pick up. Very pleased with repair (had to replace battery port). Concord Mills guy ruined my $850 phone. No gloves, dirty hands, no antistatic strap, fried sensitive components, broke SIM tray, had to call for help twice, forgot to connect charger port, used black parts and my phone is BLUE! called about a refund and just got arguing and attitude. the manager is RACIST. my sister (hispanic) and her friend (white) both purchased a case each on the same day of equal price. they both paid with cash. a couple of days later they both went to return the cases on the same day but different at different times. her friend was able to return successfully and get her full refund. my sister however was denied a refund AND exchange. the manager even went as far as trying to call security on her. where was this energy with the white friend? absolutely horrible behavior from the manager. the entire situation is recorded, might i add. he kept his flimsy case and money. she wasted $20 and has nothing. my sister has a disability and does not deserve this behavior. do NOT support this man's business. read more

The guy was nice and fixed my Samsung galaxy S10+ screen and digitizer for $250. I'm assuming he charged that much since the phone is waterproof and because it's a pretty new phone. The only bad thing was that when I left, my phone was dead, so I went home and charged it. Little did I know, my volume and Bixby buttons weren't working when I got home even though they were working before I went there, so, I drove all the way back to concord mills and told them what happened. I was purchasing a screen protector just to support the business for the time wasted yet the young man still charged me $20 just for opening my phone and didn't inform me until it was time to pay. I too my 800 dollar Samsung Galaxy to this hack. He replaced the screen but the lcd was messed up. He told me to come back as they were closing and he would fix it. I did so. It looked fine but then the screen would scramble on occasion. I should have gone back immediately...the screen then went black. I went somewhere else recommended by Verizon but they would not touch it because the hack was unauthorized to work on the phone. I was out of town and ended up buying a new phone. Three weeks ago the screen came back to life but there are now colored lines on the screen. I was back in town and so I went to see if he could correct the problem that he obviously caused - nope, he was a JERK and accused me of lying. He said I probably sat on it or dropped it. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I had my screen replaced for my iPhone 7 Plus & it turned out to be defective the very next day. The owner "Samir" wouldn't refund my money. He claimed he was the district manager & wouldn't allow any negotiations or give me a name/number of someone higher than him. He was very rude on the phone. All they do is steal your money. I was even quoted $80 originally when I called. A girl came in to get her quote for the same exact phone & he quoted her $70 for the same issue. How is this equal? Quick, affordable and easy! I dropped family Ipad and completely shattered the screen. Ipad family fun at house so for kids without it.. It was disaster! I took my LG G3 to the Cell Docs to have the screen replaced after it cracked in the upper right and lower right corners causing half the screen not to work. After paying $140 (not including taxes) and waiting about 30-40 minutes to get a new screen installed, I was happy to see I had a new screen that worked. As soon as I got my phone home I noticed that the entire bottom half of the new screen wasn't glued/taped down correctly and that it was actually coming off and was able to be lifted off the phone if you tried! I called to tell them about it right away and brought it back in to get it fixed the next day. They took less than 5 minutes to SUPER GLUE the screen back on (which is definitely not the right way to fix a phone). There was glue all over the screen and it looked like a mess. I asked them to clean it and they said I had to leave it for 24 hours. Again I took it home and by the time I got there the screen had cracked. I called immediately and they told me to bring it back in again. They admitted that super glue makes screens really brittle and that it can cause them to break easily (again I asked why they used it to fix the screen then if they knew it would cause issues. They didn't respond.) They asked for 30 minutes to look at the phone and see what caused it to break. All they removed was the battery and SIM card but somehow they claimed that the "pressure plate" indicated that the screen had been pushed on which is what caused it to crack (which was NOT true since it hadn't even been touched before it broke and they had admitted it was due to the super glue). They then told me they were not going to fix it or replace it again unless I paid an additional $140 for another new screen. Obviously, I was not okay with this as I didn't pay $140 to have a screen not installed correctly and then break immediately when they fix it incorrectly using super glue. They took my phone number indicating they would ask the owner if they could give me a new screen or what they could do for a new fix and would call me back with a solution. I have never heard from them again. I am not a happy customer at all and would never use them again. Anyone who thinks they can blame the customer for something that they did after not doing their job correctly twice needs to look at their customer service policies! read more

I'm so frustrated with them. The phone I bought from them had mult issues and now the battery won't hold a charge. I called and told the manager and he said come in he was busy and hung up.
