Well they didn't have it in stock so it was going to be delivered in a couple weeks. No issue there. The issues started when we got the confirmation email an hour later saying the phone was in Cosmic Orange, so we called and they said we have to come back in so back into the car we get and drive 20 minutes back to AT&T for the second time in one day. We get there and they tell me there's nothing they can do since the order has already been processed. They tell me I have to wait until to orange phone is shipped to my house then I can bring that phone in and they will order my blue phone then. Okay that's annoying but whatever. The orange phone gets delivered and I drive BACK to AT&T, they tell me their system isn't letting them do a return so they will just order the blue phone and told me to keep the orange phone and bring it back in when my blue phone comes. So yet again another drive to AT&T with no help and no reason to drive there. Finally I got my blue phone, now I have both phone and I bring them back to AT&T, they take the orange and transfer everything to my new blue phone, finally I have my new phone and don't have to worry about this orange phone. Three days later I get an email saying I never turned in the orange phone! You HAVE to be joking me. I call Monday and they tell me there's no manger in the store and that they will back me back in an hour. No one ever called. I had to call two more times to get some help with an issue they caused. So at the end of this I drove to AT&T 5 times and asked for some type of compensation. They "waived" my fee of $35 dollars which won't be reflected till my next bill... I was told it would be returned to the card immediately. All in all I will NEVER go back to this AT&T, they don't pay attention to what they are doing and are very careless. I will drive hours to get to another AT&T before I even considered going back there

We moved to Trilogy which is less than a mile away from the AT&T Store just over a year ago. At the same time we switched from Verizon an Android phones to AT&T and iPhones. Everything for the last year has been fine. System paired easily with the Bluetooth on my Audi and the Ring Door Bell System on the house. I did not activate my Blue Tooth Hearing Aids at the time because with wearing Masks during Covid, every time I removed the masks, the hearing aids would fly off my face and across the room. To protect my investment, I waited till we came out from under the mask mandate to go back to the Hearing Center at Costco to download and readjust the hearing aids. Everything was fine at first with the exception that the Ring Door Bell alert was so loud so high pitched, it was painful. Two weeks before Costco had an appointment open to make adjustments. In the meantime, one of our IT guys tried to adjust the notification but now the phone does not play through the Audi Bluetooth. Took it to AT&T and the technician tried but all he could tell me was that the setting all appeared normal and he told me to call 611 Tech Support. You're going to ask why I gave 4 stars and the problem was not resolved. Granted it was not resolved, but the technician tried and when he could not fix the problem, was honest and said it could not and at the same time, gave me a potential route to resolving the problem. I appreciate honesty I have so many instances of technical run in the 26 years I used or had a cell phone and it was refreshing to get an honest answer.
