This place is terrible! I took my iPad in on June 2nd for a cracked screen. They replaced it and it worked okay until July 1st. I had lines across the center of my screen but they didn't show up if I did a screen shot. I googled this and found that it was due to a defective screen. I took it back to them and they said it wasn't covered by warranty because it indicated impact. I had the iPad in my possession the entire time and there was NO impact. The guy working there didn't even check it and told me there was no one else I could talk to. I went to Apple and they showed me how the screen was not flush with the iPad. He said it was very difficult to replace the screen correctly and that is why Apple will not replace them. DON'T WASTE UOUR GIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Their work is shoddy and they don't back their warranty!! I would give it zero stars if that were an option!! read more

However, this shop quoted me $100 more than several other shops to replace an HDMI port on an Xbox, and then started to argue with me after I explained to them that I thought they may not have been fair in their pricing. After paying close to $700.00 to repair my grandsons IPad pro's screen, I went out of the country for 5 months. After a month and a half the screen failed to work anymore. When I returned I took the IPad back in and although it was past the 90 day warranty period, they would honor it because of the circumstances. I went in to pick it up once fixed and was told I owed them another hundred dollars because it was out of warranty. I found this to be an unprofessional money grab but paid the money and will not be returning! I will not be returning to them! They are very transparent, quick and honestly amazing. Went to 2 different phone stores and had issues with them, then went to this one and my phone was brand new in the next 2 hours. If you need your phone fixed call them. Also. Best Buy quoted us $180 . They were $126 but then gave us a discount for writing a review down to $119. Not a huge deal. But we wanted to wanted to write anyways. Very professional, seamless between all shifts and all employees. No hassles . And best of all cheaper. Highly recommend. 5stars read more

**WARNING** DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!! I cracked the screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max last week and took it to Asurion to get it fixed. I called ahead and was quoted $150 for the front screen by Alex. I took the phone in the same day and had it fixed by Jack. Unfortunately later that day I somehow got a hefty scratch on the screen after it was just fixed. Fortunately it wasn't a huge deal, the phone was working just fine other than the small scatch on the glass. Then a week later out of nowhere, the screen went out and was covered in rainbow colors rendering it unusable. I took it back to Asurion and was hoping to get a discount or deal worked out since I just came in last week to get the phone fixed. I was now quoted $259 or $299 for a new screen by Jack!!!! I was baffled and confused due to the fact not even a week ago I was charged $150 with tax included for the same screen to get fixed. The manager Sam came out and explained to me he wasn't sure why I was given that first price of $150 but that was incorrect and he would not grant me that price. So beware the prices on phone repairs change dramatically for no apparent reason. I asked to speak to the owner of Asurion or someone above Sam and Sam informed me now that he was the actually the owner of Asurion Cell Phone Repair, not the manager anymore. But he doesn't like people to know he's the owner (which I found weird) then he back tailed back and stated he was actually the half owner. The conversation got sketchier as it went along it was obvious he was lying about his role and owning the store. His demeanor also got super rude when he realized I'd be writing a review. Take your money to The Cell Phone Guys off Coit!! Fixed my screen for 120bucks plus a case and glass protector thrown in. And also warned me about Asurion, wish I never did business there in the first place. No explanation how the same repair varies over $100 depending on who you talk to there. Absolutely the best service I have received in years! Went to this place when the Geek Squad couldn't help, despite my Total Tech service contract. My laptop would not start after being dropped. I was desperate and prepared for the sticker shock. At that point, all I wanted was my data that I had failed to backed-up. Sam, the manager, was friendly, honest and super helpful. Despite being swamped, he call a technician, Pranith, who agreed to come to the store to check it out. An hour later they called me and my computer was fixed! Not only did I have my data, but I also had my laptop again. Their fee was more than reasonable. I cannot recommend this place enough!
