I got an email from Verizon to update my phone or something like that, so I figured what the heck since my phone was having issues anyway and I had been meaning to contact them. I scheduled the appointment for the update and new screen protector. I got a call the week of the appointment, wanting to discuss the time of the one I selected. I chose Christmas Eve Day, from like 2-5 or something like that. I ended up going a few days earlier since they assured me it would not take the full time slot. It also turned out they are not Verizon but are located near them. They are a small store; they have some phone cases and signs. I waited for someone to come from the back and then we got to talking about my phone's issues. This appointment was not for that- but I was there so what the heck. They said it would not take long, so I went and ate nearby. I came back, and they then informed me there was an app, I think McAfee that was preventing them from doing their job. I told them they could delete it- then they asked if they could delete other apps if needed to do the service. It turned out my phone was okay, but they thought there was a virus & they suggested a full reset. I did that a few days later. The issue I was having is resolved. read more

Do not come here for repairs. It takes forever and they don't actually fix the problem. Dropped my laptop off because it suddenly stopped working. It had not given me a low battery warning or anything. But once I brought it they claimed it's the charger port and recommended replacing the battery so I did both because I listened to their recommendation. Spoiler, it was a big mistake. It took a whole MONTH to replace both parts. And when I finally did get it back and bring it home it turns on normally, but guess what error it gives me? If you guessed "unable to detect charger" you'd be correct! So I dropped it back off and showed them pictures and videos of the problem. I had to call back a week later because I hadn't heard anything and they tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong and they recommend I buy a new charger cable. Now, to anyone that has more than two braincells, this sounds like a bad original diagnostics or faulty repair and they will not fix the problem so I guess I wasted both time and money. I asked if they would at least give me a discount on a new charger and they said they can't. I originally went there because google reviews have it at 4.8 stars. What a lie. I tried leaving a review there after my experience only to realize it was being shadow banned. Should have checked yelp first, all the reviews here are more realistic. read more

Bad experience. I went in looking for glass screen protectors. Instead I was charged $25 for a vinyl one and then was told that it is stronger than glass and will protect the screen better than glass. What a bunch of shit. I was so misled to believe that I was getting glass. I would never buy vinyl. The stranger part is that if my phone was dropped and cracked with the vinyl screen, they will not cover it under any warranty. Which tells me that they know vinyl is a piece of shit. read more

Terrible service. Demitri was incredibly rude and was not helpful at all. I paid full price for a screen that did not fit to the point where my touch screen gave me frustrating issues. I waited 2 weeks for them to get the "right" screen to be delivered and when I finally went in to see if they could exchange it, Demitri told me I would have to pay full price to have it replaced and denied it was the wrong screen even though he saw himself the home button didn't work! Don't go to this location they do not know how to fix a simple IPhone 8 screen and will not make their mistakes right without charging u again. Update: I did contact the corporate office and was finally contacted weeks later and assured my phone is under warranty and will be fixed for free. I was told all I needed to do was call the day I was coming in and it would be taken care of. I did just that and Demitri turned me away AGAIN. He said yes it's under warranty but I don't have time. I took two PS2 consoles to have repaired. The manager I spoke to said that they were back up with repairs and it would be about two weeks before they could even start. Okay, stuff happens, but after waiting a month I had to reach out to them to get an update. I should have been kept informed by them, I shouldn't have had to reach out to them. They Said they the consoles had to be sent to another place to be repaired, another thing that they should have notified me of. Finally, I get a text that my repairs are done. I pay for the repair and take the consoles home. I was told that only one of the consoles could be repaired but they did repair one of them. Okay, fair enough. I tried the one that was "repaired" and the issue was not resolved. I have taken it back for them to try again So far not the best first impression. read more

We had a screen replaced about a month ago on an iPhone eight noticed that the screen was slow to respond and slowly got worse to the point that half of the screen did not respond to touch it all. We brought it in for repair under warranty work and they ended up damaging the case when they replaced the screen. Manager would not take responsibility, I called corporate while I was in the store, The store manager refused to take the call from corporate so they could not come up with a solution. No we have to wait for a call back from another manager from the corporate office. I had to fix my sisters screen and they fixed it earlier then they said they could! Good price and even better customer service!!

I took my pixal 6a in because it would not charge. They took my phone in the rear and within a couple of minutes brought it back out. A small piece of debris, the same color as the charging port was not allowing the cord to seat properly. I was elated and when I asked how much, they said NO CHARGE! They could of easily kept my phone in the back for a half hour and charge me a service fee, which I would of paid. They have EARNED my TRUST and RESPECT. It's not always easy to find an ethical business today, but they PROVED they are one. I will recommend them and use them for ALL my electronics repairs. Thank you for being "one of the good ones". My iPhone 8 plus was pretty badly damaged so I didn't know what to expect when trying to repair it. I went into their shop because it was the closest "phone repair" option I had. Upon the start I was greeted with a worker who seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Didn't know about the types of services or if the phone could be repaired. He went to the back and asked if my phone could be repaired, he said it could; I was pretty happy. They gave me a two hour repair estimate. 3 hours pass and not a single text, or call. By now they're closed so a whole day later and I call to ask what's the status of my repair. Same clueless guy answers and at first can't seem to locate my phone and then he says oh yea we weren't able to fix it. Didn't give me a reason as to why he just said sorry. I go pick it up a couple of days later and a different guy gives me a vague explanation as to why it can't be repaired. He gives me the phone in pieces and like last time just an "Im sorry, here you go I don't have a bag". Just absolutely a joke of a service. read more

They were to move data from one phone to another. The phone could charge, receive calls and texts prior to this company working on our phone. They removed the screen without making sure they had the correct screen in stock, then informed us they did not have the correct screen and that we could bring it to another location. When Elain (sales/technician) was on the phone in the store to verify the other location had the correct screen she told them the incorrect phone model, we corrected her. She claimed the other store had it. Thank god we called first, because they don't have it in stock and we would of had to go even farther from where we live for nothing. This place does an atrocious job repairing phones. If you have a phone with and OLED screen expect to get an LCD screen that overheats the phone. After the screen broke a day into use and they replaced it with the same horrible screen. After realizing I waste $180 with these people, I decided to fix it myself. When opening the screen I realized they didn't put the adhesive strip around the entire phone to seal and protect from water and dust. More importantly the phone keep clicking which was on the side with no adhesive. This was also the side the phone screen broke both times. I would never recommend this place for screen replacement. Any positive reviews are probably bought or written by someone who knows them. I would never trust anything they say ever. I didn't even return to attempt to get a refund. read more

The pay provided to the employees you "care" about is absurd. The pay is not something that is ever going to be okay to make a living. Asurion expects people to survive off of little to nothing. We make more money using PTO than actually working. The pressure to work and sell is so defeating. The job took the biggest toll on my mental health. Your management pressure people to feel like all we are there for is a number. There is absolutely zero support. There needs to be a micromanagement training because the amount of it is unsettling. This company needs to do better as a whole. It's so unorganized. The communication between management and higher ups is sad. I've missed paychecks and hours on checks more times than I can count. Had an appointment to put batteries into my and my wife's phone. To start with the lousy rating I'm giving them is how my wife was treated when she called this establishment to get the pricing on the phones. She felt the gentleman on the other end was short with her and rude. When I arrived for my appointment I was met by the same gentleman. He told me he had good news and bad news. He said he had my batteries but he couldn't install them because his system was down and couldn't charge me so he couldn't install my batteries. He said he could do them the following day but I said I'd find another business to install them. I told him he could have called me to cancel or reschedule so I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there.
