A middle aged man named Tony was who I was helped by with my new phone. He sets me up with a great price on a new phone and I was on my way. I get to my home about 15 minutes down the road and the phone shuts off!! I take it in and this Tony guy says I can't do anything for that but I will give you 150 discount on another phone. This man is a fraud!!! Selling broken phones and taking advantage of customers. Not to mention the two times I was in there he had friends hanging out in the shop. So unprofessional. Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. In less than five minutes, my dead phone went from "flatline" to "back from the dead." Watching them pull out enough lint to stuff a Build-a-Bear was both horrifying and deeply satisfying. They got into an argument when he asked for the phone back and the owner called him the "n" word. We ended up calling the police to try to resolve the issue. The Verizon store on 30 and 41 is 10 times better. This place is a 3rd party company to Verizon so any issues you have Verizon cant help you and you have to deal with this place.
