Our experience was bad enough that I am writing a review. The website says same day service, free diagnostics and low price guarantee. We found their actual services to be nothing of the sort. They charge a fee just to look at your computer and they sell a monthly subscription fee? that they charged my mother and did not speak with her about. They had my brother's computer for a month and they did bother to check to see whether it was the power source and then did nothing further. After a month, I told them to pack it up and I would come pick it up and take it somewhere else. My brother recalled getting fair service at a place in Boulder. I called them today to arrange to bring my brother's computer to them. When I explained that it had been at a previous place for a month, they guessed it was UbreakIFix... so apparently that have a reputation. read more

I would never use this location for any repairs of any of my devices. I brought a Flip 7 in under Samsung warranty repair. They inspected the phone and approved it for the warranty repair. Then AFTER they took the screen off, they must have damaged it because they called me and said that once they had a new screen on it, the old screen is damaged, and they can't send it back into Samsung to get a buy back to get paid for the job. So they said they wouldn't give me my phone back unless I filed a warranty repair. And if I didn't file a warranty repair, they were going to put the screen that they broke back on my phone. And I could come pick it up, mind you they approved a warranty repair after inspection. There was no damage, no dents or cracks- Nothing on the phone. It had just failed where the screen folds and upon replacing the new screen, they broke the old screen and damaged it and wanted me to to cover it with my deductible on my insurance. Manager is very disrespectful hung up on us.We had to file a complaint about them with samsung, with ubreakifix corporate office and with better business bureau and I'm making a fuss all across all social media platforms to warn everybody about this store. read more

Went to get my battery replaced before a trip abroad. They were able to accommodate me and changed it perfectly in less than an hour. Very helpful and honest people. read more

I'd love to give it a zero star review. After three months they told me they lost my computer. Manager John and dude working with him super rude and aggressive. Also when we were there, 4 other costumers where complaining about bad service. Avoid this store like the plague read more

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad rating these days. I broke my MacBook screen a month ago and made an appointment with this place for 12pm (before I had to go to work). Then, the woman in the store helped another customer who didn't have an appointment and completely ignored me for 40 minutes, she was in the back and knew I was there. She was very rude with me and told me I'd have my laptop back in 7 days (might be a day or two more than that, she said). I called for an update after the 7 day mark and nobody had any info. I called at day 14 and was told they would call me back (never received a call). I called again on day 20 and a nice man finally told me the laptop should be in this week. I finally received it on day 22. The woman who gave the laptop to me was very rude. It's also completely dead and as of now, still won't turn on. I should have gone with Best Buy. Not sure how this place is still in business, and I hope the ONE nice guy gets a raise. TLDR; don't waste your time or money. I'm $500 dollars and a month's worth of work out for a screen that doesn't even have an apple logo on it. One star. What a Joke. Heres why: on August 10th my girlfriend and I brought her college coursework computer here to be fixed. Today is October 27th The person at the front desk sold us a "membership plan" to "skip the line and get it diagnosed faster". This should've been the first red flag. After weeks of calling and hearing "we need one more week for diagnosis" they eventually stopped picking up the phone. Eventually we got a call stating diagnosis was done, and is now undergoing quality control checks. Upon arrival at the store we were informed that it was actually not done, and was shipped to a different location for repair. The worker refused to give us any information on the whereabouts. We were never informed our property would be moved, and were told "a manager can bring it back soon but cannot give us a time frame". Also, the membership can be bought in-store but cannot be cancelled in-store. I will be reviewing the legality of such. When you call the line to cancel it says it is open Monday through Sunday during certain hours. Even if you call during these hours they will not pick up to cancel said membership. Predatory business practices through and through. If i could give 0 stars I would. I don't know how these employees sleep at night knowing they make their living off of the scams of a shifty company. read more

Dropped off phone to get screen repaired and I was told it would be repaired within hours. I went the following day and the phone had not been worked on. After 5 visits to the store and over a week with my device, I'm told it cannot be fixed. The staff are very unprofessional and were arguing in front of customers about who was supposed to fix my phone and deflecting responsibility. Not once did I get an update or call on the status or lack of progress with repairs. I called a couple of days after the promised completion date to confirm the pick-up before making another trip to the store and told there were issues that did not allow them to replace the screen. The "customer service" representative on the phone was not cordial and hung up on me after I disputed the full charge for a service that was not completed and the extensive wait time in getting my device back. Please be clear when giving customers false hope in repairing a screen or at least explain possible issues that may arise along with fees that will be charged so the customer can decide if they want to go through with repairs. Very disappointed with a same day service that took over a week with several visits to the store. Own up to the many excuses of why the repair had not been completed in a timely manner and poor customer service of not providing one single update on the progress or delays to simply inform the customer. read more

Terrible communication. Do not bring your nintendo switch here for repair. They will tell you it takes 3-5 days to fix. Almost 3 weeks later you will get it back unrepairable. They also will text you to say it's ready and when you go in say they forget it in Boulder and to come back on Monday only to do the same thing. Then when you express frustration over the phone they will laugh in the background. Do not waste your time. read more

They break and you have to get it fixed. Terrible attitude when i brought my iPhone in for battery replacement. They couldn't remove the battery because they said a screw was stripped. Since it's a new iPhone and had never been repaired they obviously used the wrong tool and stripped the screw. Belinda, the manager, was nasty AF. How are they possibly still in business?! read more

I went to this place for Apple repair and was quickly turned down by the associate, stating that they no longer work on Apple products. I found that interesting because I was directed to them by the Apple store in Boulder. Get your phone fixed elsewhere without the dose of homophobia and microaggressions. They literally ignored a customer waiting in the store, hid in the back, pretended to be so busy, and jumped to help the next 'regular' person that walked in and helped them first. Unbelievable. read more

I cannot believe how they run a business. On 6/22 stopped to ask about getting my husband's new phone fixed. Michael B said they would order parts and should be calling me in a week. So around 6/29. As of yesterday, 7/14 no call so I called in to inquire. Michael answered the phone and said the parts were in the bin and as I was on the phone with him (?) he verified in the bin. So I asked why I did not get a call earlier than me calling them? So I verified they were open today 7/15. Yes, he said. I told him I would be dropping the phone off today. Just got back from town, no parts in house, no parts ordered and I was under the impression that they implied, "Oh he probably meant that he was going to order the parts today, (7/14)!" My experience with this store and company all together is awful! From the store management all the way up to the district manager! I sent my MacBook Pro in on March 9th of 2024 and here I am Still waiting March 20th 2024 for my MacBook to be fixed. The store manager Marvin told me that if it was not ready by today on the 20th he would go ahead and deem my laptop as non-repairable to my insurance company so I can go ahead and get the money to replace my MacBook Pro so I can finally get back to work and he went back on his word and here I am still out of work with no MacBook Pro. It's been an ongoing battle trying to get my device fixed as it happened to get water damage and the time it's taken so far is just ridiculous I do not recommend the store or any of these you break I fix it Stores to anyone!
